Love the location. The apartment was clean. One of the showers flooded. The dishwasher was broken. Very difficult to communicate. Almost excusively by email. Phone numbers geiven to us by the company were either incorrect or never answered.

Not good experience
Check-in times are from 15:00 to 18:00, if you do later, then have to pay. Apartment was not very clean. The service by concierge downstairs is horrible, I couldn't leave any luggage as you have to pay for each hour for each piece in order to leave luggage with them. I will not stay there again....

Thank you for your feedback. As it can be read in our House Rules, visible before making the reservation, our regular check-in time is from 3PM to 7PM. After 7PM, late check-in fees apply. We apologise for the concierge's attitude. Unfortunately, he is not part of our staff, but we will report your feedback to the management of the building. It is a shame you have not contacted us directly to store your luggage at your check-out, as we would have kept them for you in our office until your departure for free. We hope to host you again. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, Garage, im Apartment viel Platz fuer 4 Personen und zwei kleinere Kinder. Einkaufsmöglichkeitenund Gastronomie in grosser Zahl, sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Apartmentverwaltung, problemloses check out, reibungslose Rueckzahlung der Kaution . Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

A superb base to explore London
Right in the centre of London surrounded with transport links to help a family explore London easily. A lot of building work was going on around us but the apartment was clean and very spacious with all the comforts you could ask for to make you feel comfortable. Secure car parking, friendly people, we all loved staying there and we didn't want to leave. We will definately be staying here again.

Good location and amenities in Canary Wharf
The gentleman who checked us in was helpful, but unfortunately the apartment had some issues. The master bedroom's mattress was broken, and after a painful and restless first night, we called for maintenance and they weren't able to replace the mattress until the following day, so we were stuck with it for another night (they did drop a mattress topper off, but it didn't help much). Since they didn't even say they would check it first, but were replacing it, it makes me a bit suspicious that they knew it was broken and didn't replace it ahead of check-in. Two of four nights on a broken mattress was disappointing (and painful)! The shades don't block out the light well in either of the bedrooms, and the windows weren't very sound proof, so this made it difficult for resting/sleeping. The apartment was also very hot even though we had the heat off. It would have been good to have instructions on how to adjust it (the provided booklet didn't help) but we figured it out; however, the thermostat is not very adjustable. Also, the electronic shades were broken in the living room and second bedroom. On a positive note, the security of the building is very good, and the gentlemen manning the front desk were all nice. The apartment was otherwise well-equipped with modern appliances and the common space was very spacious. If the master bedroom mattress hadn't been broken, and the windows better sealed from light and noise, I would give the apartment a much better rating.
