I’m disappointed at this review considering we have been letting this out for a while and have very good reviews from all the websites where it’s let. We bent over backwards to accommodate the requests from this guest and I think it’s a shame that all that was unappreciated. They reported that things were damaged when that was not correct and we replaced a kettle only to find this was incorrect. The house is in a lovely residential area where we have had positive reviews on calmness away from the noise and proximity to shops and bus routes at the same time. It’s 10 mins walk to bus stops I tried so hard to appease this guest really sad that was not mentioned.

Thank you for your review. Agree the lock will be replaced this weekend it was damage caused by previous guests just before your arrival. New locks ordered.
