Very comfortable stay
Very conveniently located. Check in process was a bit vague, but we managed to do it OK. Property manager, John, was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we go to London next time.

Perfect
Fantastic stay. The apartment is clean and well presented and a great location a couple of minutes walk from the tube. I was greeted on arrival and shown to the apartment and how to use the key card etc. Very highly recommended.

Great central location, staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly even when we checked in after dark. Room was comfortable, functional and had everything we needed.

Pros : Location Clean Nice kitchen and bathroom Large storage space Cons : The WORST bed I ever slept on Poor design in the bedroom and main area in the apartment Smoking smell in the apartment (very good smell in the building) Slipery floor (when wet) in the lobby

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are very disappointed that you were not happy with your stay here. Sadly, you did not give us a chance to improve any of the weak points as nothing was reported to us. We would have definitely done something to help as we are always open to suggestions. The smoke smell is quite worrying and indicates that someone might be smoking in the building. Unfortunately, as this is an anonymous review and we do not know which apartment you stayed in, we cannot do anything about it either. We hope that if you decide to book one of our apartments again in the future, you will have a much better experience.

Good place for a short stay
The place was a little small, but very clean and generally comfortable (awful pillows, but comfortable otherwise). Very conveniently located, good facilities, and a good stay overall. I’d happily stay there again.

Central and ideal location, clean, wonderful staff
Great apartment--central, clean, as described. The management greets you and there's always someone available to address any questions (John in this case--very responsive, kind and professional:) Definitely recommend!

It had everything I needed: equipped mini kitchen with 2 burner stove, frig, modern bathroom with nice shower, sufficient amount of outlets, and free laundry downstairs.
