Stanza spaziosa, letto comodo e bagno grande per gli standard di Londra. Inoltre vicinissimo ai mezzi di trasporto e a ogni tipo di servizio. Soggiorno top!

Soggiorno dal 01 al 05 settembre 2023 Hotel datato poca assistenza al momento del check in se non conosci bene la lingua ti prestano poca attenzione camere poco efficienti per il potenziale della proprietà (Chelsea fc) è assurdo avere una struttura datata. Connessione Wi-Fi appena nella sufficienza. Ottima la colazione, la posizione è fantastica a pochi passi dalla stazione di Fulham Broadway è proprio fuori dall’hotel c’è la fermata per l’autobus. Buon letto

Chek-in durato circa un'ora. Molto lenti e poco professionali. Check-out con difficoltà a ricevere le fatture. Mancanza di impianto di climatizzazione efficiente in camera. Assenza di frigobar. Deluso anche in rapporto al prezzo decisamente salato

Hotel attaccato allo stadio del Chelsea. Si trova in zona Fulham ma a pochi metri da Chelsea. In 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge una zona con moltissimi ristoranti, bar e pub (poco dopo l'ospedale su Fulham Road in direzione centro). Questa struttura è ancora in buono stato anche inizia ad avere bisogno di ristrutturazione in alcune camere. Pulito e con tutti i comfort ma con la classica moquette a terra e il bagno stile anni 80.

Esperienza Positiva.
Esperienza Positiva. Servizio, pulizia e cortesia ottima. Per quanto riguarda il costo dell'Hotel era buono al momento della prenotazione, con l'aggiunta del costo del parcheggio 15 £UK al giorno questo vantaggio si è annullato (+ il Congestion Charge, pedaggio per entrare nel centro di Londra, è aumentato durante il Covid da 5£ a 15£ al giorno)

Great location for matches being played at Stamford Bridge. And close to Fulham Broadway Station. Staff very helpful and food was excellent.

Desk had broken drawers and no refrigerator in space under desk where you'd expect one. Shower drain didn't drain so ended up standing in three inches of watet while showering.

I found the hotel and staff to be very accommodating, excessible, and helpful . The hotel was very clean and comfortable,. The breakfast was lovely, with an array of choices. I woukd definitely stay at this hotel again.

Good stay. Disappointed breakfast was not included in the price and restaurant offerings were poor but otherwise very comfortable and would recommend for a room only stay in London

My husband and I were super excited to stay here given it is next to Stamford Bridge. We had to go to a separate hotel to check in, the rooms have not been updated in 15-20 years (though I’m sure rates have), the cleaning crew came into our room the morning of checkout at least twice trying to prep for the next guests, the hotel turned our keycards off at least 45 minutes before checkout causing us to have to go back to the other hotel to get a new key…. Overall, I would only stay here again out of necessity. This saddens me as it is a great location.

Expedia should not list this property EVER. I had to move rooms three times due to lack of heat. Their A/C unit is broken and their toilet does not flush. Very low pressure. The hotel is looking to close down (I heard) to make room for a stadium expansion. So, no one cares. The worst offense of all is the security standing out in the cold February weather are not allowed to wear heavy coats. They can only wear fleece jackets. This is absolutely rubbish and disgusting. I am well traveled. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I checked out early.

I booked a twin for my husband and myself by mistake asked if it could be changed to a double but it wasn’t I’ve never had any problems with any other hotels when it’s been something so simple to alter when there’s availability as I checked. Apart from that everything was fine good value for money.

Was told they upgraded the room at reception but they had not. Dirty plates with food just left in the hallway near our door. Was told to 20 percent off food and beverages wasnt included here. breakfast was good. Security good. did not like having to walk across in the rain from another building to get to the main building.

I really enjoyed how friendly everyone was and how walkable the area was. The hotel is near a bus stop and about a 5-7 minute walk from the Underground Station. Lots of food options nearby and plenty of more unique experiences and things to see around the area. My only complaint was that the room appeared to not have been vacuumed very well as I found dust bunnies around the room, but overall it was clean and quiet.
