Lovely apartment near the park

Great Appartment!
An excellent choice !. Excellent location . Very pleasant decoration , clean, silent comfortable , lots of place to storage very cozy and the bedroom is so much fun . It has a nespresso machine AND nespresso capsules ! Nice detail, Totally equipped.

Cute place, Great Location, not for everyone...
Oliver was very helpful and solicitous, and the place was so cute - loved the decor. The location was fabulous as well. The stairs to the sleeping loft are very steep and once up there, it's not for people with any kind of claustrophobia! It wouldn't be suitable for older people for sure, which Oliver mentions in his description. Overall again, it's very pleasant, just understand that the loft is perhaps 4 feet at its tallest, so there is no standing, just crawling. The bed was comfy though and the skylight up there was really good.

A Great Return Stay
I really enjoyed returning to this lovely place, it got better on my return and I really liked the nice touch in the bathroom. It is a great place to see London and do some exploring and Oliver was great with all the instructions and communication, hope to return soon again.

Weekend Stay in Battersea
Very enjoyable experience, we stayed here for 2 nights over a weekend for my Birthday. The owner was very communicative and helpful with his clear instructions and the apartment was very well decorated and looked after. Although small in size it had everything you would need and it was perfect for the 2 of us. Easy location to get to and from on public transport and a nice quiet street. We would definitely recommend this property and we would stay there again.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in London. Tolle Wohnung, einfacher Umgang mit dem Vermieter und sehr gute Unterstützung in allen Belangen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Es war einfach toll, vielen Dank!

Fabulous apartment
Great communication from the owner - lovely and clean apartment! Cosy and comfy bed. Great that milk was available in the fridge and tea/coffee. Would definitely recommend!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sie war mit allem ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Meine Tochter und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Schlafplatz unter dem Dach war etwas ganz besonderes! Lediglich die Antworten vom Vermieter auf Fragen haben teilweise etwas gedauert. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen! Mit dem Bus kam man auch sehr schnell zum Zentrum.

Lovely apartment on a beautiful street
This apartment is certainly compact, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. They kitchen is a great size and overall, it is very well taken care of - bed linens and towels all seemed new etc. The street is beautiful with a number of pubs and a couple of grocery stores within a few minutes walk.

Nice clean and small
The apt is several steps up from the street. Very small living area. Bed is too small and steep steps up to a loft area.

This is the first 3 star review I have ever received in 2.5 years of hosting so felt I should respond. The apartment is not listed as being on the ground floor. However, it is only up a short half flight of stairs (just 7 steps in total!) which are wide and straight so I don't see why it was deemed necessary to point out that the 'apt is several steps up from the street". The apartment is a studio flat and sure it's not vast but its layout is clearly shown in the photos and description. The bed is slightly larger than a standard double so certainly no smaller than normal and the steps up to the sleeping loft area, while slightly steeper than average stairs, are again clearly shown in the listing. I contacted Joe during his stay to check everything was OK but he did not respond.

Well considered space. Good value.
Everything was as expected. Stayed for a week and would have been happy to have stayed longer. The space and neighborhood are quiet at night but you can get anywhere you might want to go using the excellent and close bus service. The host has considered guests’ needs and was quick to respond to questions. Happy to give five stars

Nice little studio flat
We really enjoyed our stay at this Battersea flat. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood near to markets and bus stops. The flat was spotlessly clean, and Oliver was very easy to communicate with. My husband and I stayed for a week and our only caution is that the bed is a firm futon mattress located in a cramped loft up a narrow flight of stairs. Not super comfortable and I had to crawl over him in order to get to the toilet downstairs. Other than that, it was great!

Lovely and cozy!
A wonderful, quaint little apartment in such a charming neighborhood! Only very minor issue is that it is a little complicated to get to the tube and into the city proper, but that's almost ok because Battersea was so delightful anyway! Clean space, and Oliver was super helpful!

Perfect Stay!
The entire booking, communication, and stay were by far the best VRBO experience I've ever had. Every thing was as promised and the apartment was perfect for 2 people. The location made traveling throughout the city easy. Special thanks to Oliver's comments about using the Citymapper app for navigating London. It made us feel like a local and we had zero issues getting from point A to B and in the most time and cost efficient way. This unit and host gets an A+ from me. Highly recommend!

Cozy Flat
This was my second stay at this flat and it was perfect. The flat is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Battersea and there are plenty of buses to get into and out of town. There are also plenty of great dining options nearby. The flat itself is clean, modern, stylish, and cozy. Oliver is an excellent host and quickly answers any questions you may have. Stay here and you will not be disappointed!

Immaculate property in safe neighborhood
We absolutely loved Oliver’s place! The flat is kept immaculately clean with no odors or grime to be found. The building is secured at the street by a locked door which was nice. The neighborhood was beautiful and we were able to walk to several restaurants/pubs within in minutes (The Lighthouse, The Latchmere, Flour to the People & Bangkok Bay - amongst many others that are close by!) and walk to Sainsbury for groceries. We walked around the area at night with no issues & never felt unsafe. There are also many bus stops nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and a nice retreat after being in the midst of the hustle bustle of London all day. The property is well appointed with heated bathroom floors, heated towel rack, full length mirror, lovely modern art, a Bluetooth speaker, washing/drying machine, Google Chromecast, remote controlled skylights and fast WiFi. We really enjoyed the outside of the building having so much character and a traditional London brick facade while the inside was modern and beautiful! It was fun and cosy sleeping in the loft area, gazing out the skylight at night. I would recommend this property 100x over! It is the cleanest and most well appointed HomeAway or Airbnb property I’ve ever stayed at & we’ve stayed at a lot. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful flat. Thank you so much Oliver! We hope to return!

Super clean, updated and efficient. Easy access to transportation in a charming neighborhood.
Excellent experience. Had everything we needed for a home away from home packed in a small, but very organized, efficient and extremely clean package. Oliver provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, as well as tons of information on the area and transportation around London. Loved being able to walk across the street for coffee and and a pastry in the morning in this quaint and quiet neighborhood. If you are able to climb stairs to the loft, highly highly recommend!

Kleines modern eingerichtetes Apartment mit allem, was man für einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt braucht
Oliver ist jederzeit erreichbar. Gutes W-Lan, komplett eingerichtete und ausgestattete Küche. Für längere Aufenthalte sehr angenehm die Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion. Schlafecke ist ein bißchen klein, aber kuschelig mit Sternenblick. Mit der Buslinie 345 gibts eine gute Verbindung zur Tubestation South Kensington. Einige Straßen weiter konnten wir unser Auto ohne Gebühren parken. Für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt die perfekte Lösung.

A great tiny and lovely home
The apartment is a lovely tiny house which is great in everything. Like the fantastic rainshower, all the necessary equipment (and even more) and overall its tastefully decoration. Next to all it’s situated close to Battersea Park which is a lovely Park with several things to do and see. The subway is about a 18 minutes walk, but lots of busses stop around the corner. We had a great time and will recommend this nice home in London. Oliver is responding fast at any questions there might be. Thanks for this

Lovely Flat Near the Heart of London
My husband and I spent our week-long London holiday at Oliver's flat and it was the perfect place to stay. The location in Battersea is wonderful (quiet, residential, safe) and is steps away from several bus stops to take you into the busy downtown areas of London. There are plenty of local dining options close by as well as a small grocery store. The flat itself was clean and well maintained. We loved the modern bathroom and kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the skylight was a nice touch. We especially appreciated the washer/dryer in the flat. It truly was our home away from home and we enjoyed the coziness of the place. Oliver was an attentive host and was quick to answer our questions. We will stay here again the next time we're visiting London.

A really great place to stay.
This modern and very pleasant flat is decorated with great taste and really well-equipped. Nice and cosy with rich materials. It is not far from Clapham Junction, which means it is easy to reach the center of London from there and yet it is located in a very calm and wealthy area a few metres from the entrance of Battersea Park. We really enjoyed our stay. The landowner was very helpful and available if need be. I would highly recommend this place. Laurence, from France.

Cozy flat, great location!
We loved this flat! Oliver was very accessible, the place was easy to find and access. He was even gracious enough to let us check in a couple of hours early which was so appreciated. I enjoyed my stay. Unit was as advertised. Oliver was very responsive to my questions and addressed any issues promptly. London is an expensive city, so having a grocery store within walking distance was ideal. Tip: get a prepaid Oyster transit card in advance of your arrival as you will need it!

Great experience!
The location is great - close to the train station and bus stops for easy access to site seeing in central London, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Or if you prefer to walk/bike/run, there are beautiful views along the river as you head towards central London. Lots of cool restaurants/bars nearby as well. Oliver was a great host. Everything was very clean and he was very responsive with any questions.

Meine Tochter und ich haben uns sehr wohl in dieser Wohnung gefühlt. Sehr gemütlich. Sie hat alles, was mann braucht. Auch die Wohngegend ist sehr angenehm. Der Park ist in direkter Nähe, ebenso wie Bars, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gute Busanbindung Richtung Victoria Station. Ich kann diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen, wenn man etwas ruhiger und entspannter untergebracht sein möchte.

Perfect Place...Perfect Stay!!
My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights in July. The location was quiet, safe and had great access to town. The apartment was spotless and in newly renovated condition. It was well appointed with everything you need. All in new condition. It looks like an IKEA showroom model! What you see in the pictures is what you get but even more. Best of all our host Oliver was extremely attentive and responsive to all of our questions and needs. If you are looking for a GREAT place to stay for an extended time look no further.

Great studio in wonderful location near park.
Nice studio with loft sleeping area. Loved the washer/dryer and kitchen. Neighborhood was awesome. Close to Battersea Park for walking/biking/running. Felt very safe there and super close to public transport.
