Inevitabile alzare il livello di gradimento di questa struttura alberghiera quando si considera la sua ottima posizione. Anche se le stanze sono minuscolo e fatiscenti, soggiornare in Leicester Square è davvero una grande comodità. Attrazioni e ristoranti di ogni genere e tipo sono realmente a pochi minuti di distanza, così come le principali vie dello shopping londinese. Questo hotel si sta verosimilmente ampliando - c'è un cantiere aperto da quasi un anno sulla destra della struttura principale: ciò fa ben sperare in una prossima, nuova e migliorata realtà nel vero cuore di Londra. Un consiglio, se riuscite fatevi dare una stanza un pò più grande di quelle standard, sul retro. Possibilmente con vista su Leicester Square. Unica vera nota dolente il costo esorbitante della colazione: vale davvero la pena di farla in uno dei tantissimi coffee shop intorno all'hotel!

Hotel molto confortevole ed accogliente, personale gentile, camere pulite, nel cuore di Londra. Piccola pecca: le camere avrebbero bisogno di maggiore attenzione per la manutenzione ordinaria (spifferi d'aria ad una delle finestre, un lavandino non scaricava correttamente, ...)

Un ottimo hotel, in posizione centralissima e ideale per visite e shopping a Londra. Ero già stato in un Radisson Blu, a Edimburgo, e questa analoga struttura londinese mi ha offerto gli stessi standard qualitativi apprezzati in precedenza. Il personale è veloce, preparato e davvero cortese, mentre nelle comode e confortevoli stanze non manca proprio nulla - wi-fi (velocissimo) gratuito, ricca dotazione di bagno schiuma, ferro e assa da stiro compresi. L'unica pecca sono le piccole aree comuni dell'hotel, dove regna un'assordante cacofonia dal primo pomeriggio, fino a tarda sera. Mi pare tuttavia di capire che la struttura alberghiera in oggetta stia per essere ampliata, nell'edificio in costruzione sulla sua sinistra e dove prima sorgeva un cinema e un alto palazzo di uffici. Sarebbe gran cosa, vista, come ripeto, l'esiguità delle zone dove sorseggiare un tea o rilassarsi dopo cena, prima di ritirarsi in camera.

L'hotel è in una ottima posizione, il personale gentile e disponibile, purtroppo la struttura non è all'altezza delle stelle che gli sono attribuite, ( cinque). Le camere risentono della vetustà, sopra tutto la moquette da sostituire, in quanto visibilmente usurata e con un aspetto poco invitante per una camera da letto. impianto di condizionamento rumorosissimo e senza possibilità di regolare efficientemente la temperatura, quindi con un piumino nel letto si sente caldo e con il condizionatore acceso c'è freddo. L'armadio largo un metro compresa la cassettiera è piccolo in rapporto alle persone ospitate n. 3 (junior suite) costringe a lasciare parte dei capi di abbigliamento in valigia, mentre il bagno è stato rifatto recentemente ed è confortevole. Le camere andrebbero tutte rivisitate, non sono da cinque stelle ne da quattro S. Sono stato in un altro 5 stelle della stessa catena ed era perfetto, peccato questo non è da Radisson five star.

Purtroppo ho fatto solo una toccata e fuga di un giorno. Però l’hotel è davvero comodissimo, a pochi metri dalla fermata di Leicester e Piccadilly Circus. Personale cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione/reclamo.

The property was beautiful & well maintained. The staff in every area couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. The only area we would question is the restaurant. The food was excellent but we made the hotel our base & stayed for 2 weeks. We could not eat spicy Mexican and Peruvian tapas for that long.

The property in a very good location but my suite was very bad no outlets working the air conditioner and heat is not working and they send me a portable heater and to charge my phones I need to charge it through the tv USP

Amazing hotel!!! We prepaid Breakfast and it was worth it; great spread to start the day. Location is perfect, walkable to three tube stations. China town was a 5 min walk. I think this hotel is top notch. One thing, Lecister square is blocked from driving; however, it’s literally a 2 min walk from a car drop off to the hotel entrance. All around, Wonderful Hotel

Cheeky weekend trip to see a show - spotless room (if starting to look a bit dated). Internal corridors a maze - trail of crumbs required to find the lift again! Restaurant was busy and staffing was a bit lacking for a Saturday night; that said, those on duty were working their behinds off! Dinner in house was a bit disappointing, tapas style tiny portions not really enough to sustain. Drinks prices extortionate (it is central London, so rip off prices are to be expected). Breakfast buffet was plentiful and well presented - prebook breakfast though - at £29pp on spec, it’s pricy, prebooked is £21.50pp

Excellent place to stay in London! The staff is absolutely amazing, the breakfast is very good and highly recommended. The room is very comfortable and the bed/pillows are really good! The location of the hotel is hard to beat! Close to main attractions, easy to walk around, full of restaurants and very safe! Again, highly recommended hotel! I would definitely stay there again!!

Loved it! Will definitely stay here again. It’s conveniently located. However, the taxi doesn’t come to the door of the hotel. The road is closed for walkers only. There is a short walk down to the end of the street.

Super mooi centraal gelegen hotel, vlakbij British Museum, Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, heel veel theaters, winkelstraten, metro en bushaltes, allemaal op loopafstand. En ook fijn 20 minuten bij St. Pancrasstation (Eurostar). Een hotel in hartje Londen is heel fijn en spaart ook heel veel tijd. Wij hadden een luxe en zeer ruime suite, met woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer. Goede bedden, heerlijk geslapen, geen last van geluid in de omgeving. Alleen het bed voor de derde volwassene in de woonkamer was een hard kinderbed, dus niet geschikt en dat kon niet zo maar worden verholpen met een ander en beter bed. Uiteindelijk is het opgelost en door het hotel een beetje gecompenseerd. Heel lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt, vooral van tevoren boeken. Al met al wel de kwalificaties van een 4 /5 sterren hotel voor Londense begrippen, met wel een stevig prijskaartje. Wij hebben het zeer naar ons zin gehad en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
