Hotel in stile British vicino alla metropolitana, zona tranquilla, personale molto gentile e disponibile. La nostra camera era situata nel basement purtroppo pertanto un po' cupa e mal insonorizzata (si sentivano terribilmente i passi della camera sopra alla nostra e nella notte in cui è stata occupata non siamo riusciti a dormire) e anche un po' fredda. Colazione in stile british con poca scelta dolce nel buffet ma possibilità di ordinare alla carte una colazione in stile inglese che non abbiamo provato. Pochi tavoli disponibili per la colazione. In generale ci siamo trovati bene perchè eravamo praticamente sempre fuori e l'hotel è pulito.

Struttura meravigliosa
Siamo appena rientrati e abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per 5 notti. La struttura è in stile classico londinese, gli arredi molto belli e curatissimi nei minimi particolari.Le camere sono grandi con bagno spazioso.Lo staff impeccabile, sempre gentile, disponibile e sorridente. Nel nostro caso abbiamo trovato una persona italiana veramente professionale che ci ha supportato durante la nostra permanenza. La pulizia delle camere eccellente. All'interno di ciascuna stanza, tè e caffè a disposizione degli ospiti con biscotti rinnovati giornalmente. Cosa dire dei trasporti, la struttura è raggiungibile a piedi (circa 200mt) dalla stazione di Paddington Insomma...esperienza positiva e decisamente da ripetere in questa struttura che definirei meravigliosa.

Top hotel qualita' prezzo ubicazione a Londra!
Un hotel perfetto come location , pulizia e gentilezza e disponibilita' dello staff! Praticamente dall'aeroporto di heathrow in 15 min con l'heathrow express si arriva a 5 minuti a piedi dall'albergo!! La suite era deliziosa, molto romantica e le pulizie venivano fatte 2 volte al giorno. Un albergo da consigliare!!!

I was worried being close to the rail it would be a bit on the tourist.hard side but it was a perfect location. Rail to anywhere outside that immediate area down the block.. Kensington Park a hop skip and jump. I could go on BUT…the staff was so pleasant and welcomed us with a refreshing non alcoholic cocktail They sent up amazing surprise pastries for our anniversary. Beautiful presentation ❣️. Room straightened every day, restaurant known outside of just the guests, and MORE treats to thank us for staying. They make you feel like they are thrilled you are there. I’m coming back :)

This hotel puts many others to shame. Excellent service in every aspect. The lovely receptionist upgraded my room close to their garden as my dog was staying with me - dog bed and bowl ready for us in the room. Perfect car parking - right in front of the hotel with a very polite and helpful doorman. I even misplaced one of my debit cards, I didn’t even realise I had lost it. I received a prompt phone call to say it had been found, and it was delivered to my room moments later. Bar staff very attentive and welcoming. I have just found my perfect London hotel, and me and my dog will be regulars now. Thank you

Have stayed here previously and would not hesitate to recommend The Roseate. Staff were beyond helpful and friendly. We had arrived from an alternative hotel that was "disappointing" and the greeting, invigorating welcome drink, and upgrade on our room made us feel special. Room was so comfortable with everything we could want. Will definitely we staying here again on our trips to London and will again mention all of the very kind and friendly staff.

Our stay was marred by several unacceptable issues. The presence of mold in the bathroom was deeply concerning, and the subpar breakfast, notably the undercooked eggs, fell short of expectations. The situation with the elevator, including a distressing incident and subsequent noise disruption, was exacerbated by the staff's initial inappropriate response, though they later admitted to ongoing elevator problems. Although we were eventually moved to a suite, it doesn't excuse renting out substandard rooms or floors with known issues. Additionally, the refusal to reimburse for an unsatisfactory breakfast service was disappointing, especially for a hotel purporting to be of four-star caliber, a rating that, in our experience, seems overstated. The hotel's failure to meet basic standards and address guest concerns promptly and adequately is alarming and suggests a significant gap between advertised quality and actual service.

Wonderful stay at Roseate Hotel
Wonderful stay at Roseate hotel in London. It is just across from paddington station so very easy access to heathrow express. Hotel was very comfortable, beautiful room and bathroom. Lovely breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff, would definitely stay again.

Outstanding customer service!
Great location, clean and comfortable. The staff are outstanding. One gentleman working the night shift at reception (unfortunately forgot his name) helped with our luggage to Paddington, about 2 blocks away. And then refused to accept any tip money. Truly over the top customer service. We will be back!

Charming hotel just steps from Paddington Station
Charming hotel only minutes away from Paddington Station. Room was tiny but comfortable bed and nice extra touches like fluffy robes. Staff was enthusiastic and welcoming but could use more training.

The location is great. The staff are extremely helpful. We arrived in the morning after a 10 hours flight and our room is not ready. The staff noticed that we were so tired and provided us another room for us to sleep. We are very grateful. Will definitely stay again next time when we visit London.

Nice Hotel, convenient to Paddington
A very nice hotel in a great location to Paddington, no more than a 5 minute walk, so very easy with luggage. We had a junior suite which had a separate bedroom, sitting room, bathroom and toilet. Also had a balcony with chairs but due to weather we didn’t use it. Room had great darkening blinds and curtains which was wonderful for sleeping. Even though the room was at the front and facing the main road it was very quiet during the night. Room needed a new carpet, a number of big black marks and stains. In addition there were quite a few insects which we did report to the front desk staff. Nothing was really done, which was disappointing. Also could do with a bit more thorough attention to dusting and a few cobwebs. Overall it was a nice stay and location couldn’t be beat. Just a bit more attention to detail is needed.
