I had a few issues with the property regarding the street noise, air conditioning and air in the water pipes, which created a lot of banging noise. However, the friendliness of the staff (especially Maria, who was apologetic and accommodating) made it bearable and I may give this property another chance in the future.

Location was perfect for our purposes. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen was a nice change from staying in a hotel even though we didn't get to use it. Staff were great specially Kevin who was always wonderful and very helpful.

We've had several lengthy stays in different parts of London, and now we're great fans of the Clerkenwell area. Great location for exploring the central city, on a good bus line, and within a 10 minute walk to several tube stops. Being the home of many architectural firms, there are a great number of interesting eateries, and several grocery stores nearby. At lunch time Tuesdays through Fridays in Exmouth Market (1 block away) there is a food tent operation run by several different restaurants that is great! Our Supercity Rosebery room was light-filled and had everything we needed to cook, make coffee and store our groceries and eatery leftovers, and has an attentive, pleasant and trained staff. There is an equipped gym, and the area is great for runners and walkers.

Reception needs work but comfortable stay
The check-in process was not particularly warm nor welcoming . Though I booked with Hotels.com, all details had to be re-entered on an iPad when I checked in, including PII information. There was no acknowledgement or explanation given by reception staff, who seemed new and unable to explain. When additional towels were requested, the night receptionist said he did not have access to housekeeping and to come back the next morning. When we came back the next morning, we were told it cost 2 pounds per towel. When I raised these issues through the hotel's direct survey, Management's response was swift and appropriate, which we appreciated. The rooms were bit smaller and did not receive as much light as indicated in the photos. But clean, comfortable and equipped with basic items (dishwashing fluid, washer tablets, etc) which was much appreciated. The surrounding area was very quiet; easy access to bus and Tube stations.

Lots to say. Unfortunately my long stay ended on a bitter note because they - and Expedia - won’t reimburse me for my last night which I’d canceled through Expedia but didn’t know I also had to tell them too. There were also room issues such as the bath/shower being slippery, hard to get into, and lacking a handrail. The washer/dryer is one unit (combined operation) and it took an hour to get the clothes even partially dry. The bedding was too hot and there was no alternative to the overly heavy blanket. The rooms are attractive though, and very clean. I’m so frustrated over their intransigence about my canceling the last night of a 6-night stay. The issues with the room wouldn’t be so annoying if they hadn’t handled my situation so unfairly.

Much larger rooms than in normal British hotels and well equipped kitchen and unit. There were issues with the shower head, which poured water on the floor when entering, but staff fixed it after the first evening. Also, there is no phone to check-in desk which makes communication difficult, and the attendant often was not at the desk. One needs to keep the bedroom keycard to enter the building.

Super comfortable bed, lighting and temperature control and wifi was good. Many amenities available such as fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, cutlery and dishes which was perfect for us to prepare meals in the apartment. We were also able to do our laundry as detergent capsules were provided. We used the gym and it was great. The apartment was very clean and mostly quiet and the road beside is not very busy. Would have been a bonus if there was an info booklet in the room to suggest nearby restaurants, transport etc. There is a 24-hour concierge so this is not an issue.

部屋はきれいで使いやすいが、wifiと空調が残念
部屋は綺麗でキッチン用具も揃っていたので一週間日常通り過ごせました。残念なのは空調とwifiです。wifiは弱くビデオ通話などはかなり難しいです。空調も弱くて室温が上がらずマフラーをずっとしてなければなりませんでした。真冬なのに辛かったです。シャワーなどは特に問題ありませんでした。

Clean, comfortable studio. Everything was new and modern. Would have preferred a window that opens properly and the panel-controlled lighting was a bit overengineered for my liking (nothing wrong with a light switch!).

Swanky flat feel in great locale
This was a fantastic choice for a stay—felt much more like a swanky flat than a hotel. Great WiFi throughout, a well equipped fitness room, and all kinds of ‘home’ amenities.

Quiet, convenient and comfy
I was staying on a business trip with my wife in one of the one bed apartments. Check in was super easy, staff were really friendly when we arrived. The bed was comfortable. Sofa was a little stiff to really relax and watch TV for extended periods. The kitchen had a kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave / oven combo, 2 ring hob, good sized fridge with small freezer compartment, washing machine and half sized dishwasher. There was enough crockery and cutlery for 4 to eat at one time. There were enough pans to put together most meals you could want to. There is a Coop close by, and within a couple of miles there is a BIG Sainsbury's and good sized Waitrose. We like to cook for ourselves and were able to self cater enough to suit our needs. Food delivery was clearly easy as we did see a few meals arriving. There wasn't a door to separate the bedroom from the living area which meant the blackout blind in the bedroom wasn't quite as effective as it could have been and you have to put clothes in the amble cupboards to stop cooking smells getting to them. The safe easily took 2 laptops along with a variety of other valuables. The only gripe I have is that since this is an apartment, things like loo roll, dishwasher tablets, coffee capsules, etc. are not topped up as it would be if you're in a hotel. Kind of a pain when you're there for a short week since you may run out, but just. All in all, a great stay and would definitely stay again

The rooms are lovely and fully-featured, including a small all-in-one washer/dryer. Other than the TV being impossible to see from bed, the room has a nice, functional layout. There is a small gym with a television and a pretty good variety of equipment that is open 24 hours as well. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful in getting us checked in and getting me access to the gym. The location is near the British Museum; the nearest Underground station is about an eight-to-ten minute walk, but that wasn't a big deal for us. This was a great property, especially for the price we got it at.

Receptionists saves the day
The room was very nice and pleasant. A special thank you to the receptionists that did everything in their power to help me in the face of rigid rules when I lost my credit card and we eventually found a solution. The hallway seemed to be undergoing some maintenance after a little leak or something, but nothing the affected the room at all. The door was slightly stuck and needed some extra push. The bathroom was great. The room was a good size and felt a little spacious. it was a bit of a walk to the nearest metro. All in all, a good stay and I could see myself returning.

Great location and sparkling clean. Comes with a washer and laundry detergent which is convenient for short stay.
