Hotel in Earls court garden
La camera non era provvista di nulla no tv, no bollitore per il the e si affacciava sulla tube un rumore costante di treni e vibravano i muri. La camera era molto sporca i chewingum appiccicati alla testiera del letto. Il bagno in comune sempre senza acqua calda.

Hotel orribile ma vicino alla metro
Siamo arrivati molto facilmente all'hotel ( circa a 100 metri dalla fermata della metro Earl's Court - linea verde e blu ), ma con qualche ora di anticipo rispetto a quella del check-in. Scusandoci per l'anticipo abbiamo chiesto se era possibile lasciare i bagagli e tornare all'ora stabilita per la registrazione. in malo modo ci è stato risposto che non era possibile e che dovevamo aspettare fino alle 14.00 perché la nostra stanza non era ancora pronta. Alle 14.00 siamo tornati e finalmente, dopo insistenza ci hanno dato le chiavi. La camera era in condizioni pietose: moquette sporca e rotta, armadietti fatiscenti e un lavandino che non vedeva una passata di anticalcare da mesi. A questo punto mi viene da chiedere che cosa abbiano pulito in più di due ore. Per di più sia i sacchi che contenevano i piumini che la struttura del letto erano macchiati di sangue! Il costo della camera è stato veramente esiguo, ma questo non vuol dire che gli standard igienici di base non debbano essere rispettati. Per di più nei bagni comuni o non funzionava la luco e l'acqua del WC. Per di più la sera prima della nostra partenza, avendo il volo alle 18.40 e dovendo lasciare la camera prima delle 11.00, abbiamo chiesto ad un'impiegata davvero molto gentile se avevano un qualsiasi spazietto per lasciare 3 bagagli a mano dalla mattina alle 15.00 e ci è stato risposto con molta cortesia che potevamo lasciare i bagagli o lì oppure all'hotel madre distante circa 500 metri. Mah, una vergogna!

Vietato l'accesso
Due giorni prima di partire ho contattato 2 volte l'hotel per delle informazione e mi è stato chiesto in entrambe le occasioni il numero di itinerario e le mie generalità. Nessuno mi ha informato per telefono di eventuali problemi riguardanti la mia prenotazione. Una volta arrivato in Hotel, alle 19:45, mi è stato negato l'accesso alla camera causa "overbooking" e loro problemi tecnici con expedia. Da parte dello staff dell'hotel non ho ricevuto nessun aiuto a trovare una sistemazione alternativa. Addirittura mi è stato detto che non era un problema loro. A questo punto ho contattato expedia.it che mi ha promesso un aiuto a trovare un altro hotel. In effetti nel giro di 45 minuti sono stato contattato da un membro dello staff di expedia.uk che mi aveva promesso un'aiuto nella ricerca di una sistemazione alternativa. A causa di mancanza di segnale la linea telefonica è caduta e non sono stato richiamato da nessuno. Anzi, ho provato io a richiamare più volte expedia in UK spiegando la situazione e mi è stato detto che dovevo chiamare per forza l'italia (che a quell'ora aveva gli uffici chiusi!!!). Dopo 2 ore di telefonate ho dovuto provvedere autonomamente a risolvere il problema. Credevo che una prenotazione su expedia.it avesse un valore e fosse sinonimo di garanzia, ma mi sono reso conto che l'hotel non ha nessun "commitment" nei confronti dell'Agenzia Expedia e tanto meno per il cliente che è visto come uno sgradito ospite.

Kleines Hotelzimmer in Innenstadtnähe
Das Hotel liegt 2 Minuten von der U-BAHN Station Earl's Court entfernt die wiederum in 5-10 Minuten bei den Wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten ist. Das Hotel ist sehr klein aber für einen Städtetrip mit kleinem Budget ausreichend. Das Personal ist nett und kümmert sich sofort um etwaige Reparaturen im Zimmer, welches täglich gereinigt wird. Leider gibt es in dem Hotel kein Frühstück, aber direkt an der U-Bahn Station ist ein sehr leckeres Café 'Pret a Manger' und etwas weiter die Straße entlang auch der Supermarkt 'Mark&Spencer'.

Not a pleasant stay!
When I arrived to leave my bags prior to check in the lady on reception pretty much barked at me, no customer service whatsoever. When I came back to check in after 3 the front door was locked and after ringing the buzzer for ages another guest phoned reception, just at that the receptionist popped her head up and came to open the door. The condition of the hotel is very poor, dangerous loose carpets, plaster flaking off walls and a grubby room with a mattress which doesn't fit the bed. The noise from the adjacent trainline is unbearable but the room was so small and hot it was impossible to close the windows. The positive for this hotel is that it is right beside Earl's Court tube station and there are lots of good places to eat and drink nearby. I fully expect the most basic of hotels at such a cheap price, however there is no excuse for a hotel to be in such poor condition and for some of their staff to be so rude.

De hotel zag er veel beter uit op de foto's dan in realiteit. Het was schoon, maar vloer was scheef. De deur gaat op slot, maar is makkelijk kapot te krijgen. De douche is verschrikkelijk als je, je haar niet wilt nat maken. Ze hadden geen ventilator te leen, terwijl het verschrikkelijk heet was. Alleen 1 van de 3 personeel was echt aardig en capabel.

Why did I stay here? Not worth it
Bad hotel; will not stay there again. Noisy next to the trains, incredibly small bathroom, no wifi - I reported it and they said they will look into it but nothing was done ( I stayed there for three days). My room was in the basement and the corridor was filled with laundry bags which were never cleaned. Old towels; no phone in room. The tv did not work well ( poor reception) even though it was supposed to be satellite/cable. Definitely will not stay there again or recommend it to others

Pænt og rent lavpris hotel
Vi boede i et comfort dobbeltværelse. Selve værelset var MEGET lille men pænt og rent og med fine bade faciliteter. En del støj fra undergrunden. Fantastisk beliggenhed med 2 min gang til Earls Court Undergrund og masser af gode indkøbsmuligheder, cafeer, spisesteder og pubs lige i nærheden. Hotellet var under renovering, hvilket vi blev gjort opmærksomme på ved check in - men vi oplevede ingen støj eller gener fra dette. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Alt i alt et fint hotel til prisen.

Als wir das Hotel betraten waren wir schockiert. Der Teppich war alt und staubig und Bauabfälle lagen auf dem Boden, an der Wand hingen zerrissene, alte und unprofessionelle Zettel. Das Personal an der Reception war nicht gerade freundlich und ziemlich unkompetent auch was Zahlung des Aufenthalts anbelangt. Uns wurde gesagt die Haupteingangstür schliesst um 01:00 Uhr und für sie war es wie selbstverständlich dass wir jeden Abend vor 01:00 Uhr wieder zurück im Hotel sind. Wenn das nicht der Fall sei mussten wir zum Fenster klettern um dort zu klopfen dass uns jemand die Tür auf macht. Wir waren jeden Abend sogar vor 23:00 Uhr wieder im Hotel und die Tür war jedes Mal schon abgeschlossen. Also mussten wir jedes Mal klopfen. Jeden morgen um 08:00 Uhr wurden wir von lauten Bauarbeitern geweckt die direkt unter uns die ganzen Zimmer abgerissen haben, gehämmert, gesägt und geschrien. Nicht sehr angenehm jeden Morgen so früh geweckt zu werden in den Ferien und das ohne jegliche Vorwarnung. Einmal als wir duschten kam einer der Arbeiter hoch und hat gemeckert da das Wasser in den unteren Stock floss. Wie das passieren konnte war uns ein Rätsel. Das Zimmer war im Verhältnis zum ganzen Rest des Hotels sehr schön und ausgestattet mit schönem Bad (sehr klein), TV und Wifi.. Zum Teil wurden wir nicht einmal begrüsst wenn wir nachmittags zurück ins Hotel kehrten, im Gegenteil, doof angeglotzt wurden wir. Zum Glück sind meine Freundin und ich sehr unkompliziert und brauchen nicht viel. Jetzt wissen wir auch wiso dieses Hotel so günstig angeboten wird. Für Leute mit hoheren Ansprüchen ist das leider nichts. Von der Tube Station bis zum Hotel hat man nur ca. 5 Gehminuten, also die Lage ist daher gut wenn man mit der Metro fährt..

Vi fik et chok. Et stort byggerod. Kun vores værelse og et andet var brugbart. Det var til gengæld nyrenoveret. Men badevandet kunne kun indstilles til kogende eller iskoldt. Håndvasken kunne blive lunken. Så vi måtte tage bad med en kop som vi hældte ud over os og vaske hår i håndvasken. Ind imellem var der lukket for vandet. Også tidligt om morgenen. De var ligeglade med vores klager. Der blev kun gjort halvvejs rent og de glemte beskidte håndklæder. Der flød med murbrokker og støv overalt på vej op på vores trediesal. Man tager altså ikke på ferie uden at kunne få et bad. Har ALDRIG oplevet noget lignende. Og så var der dobbeltdyne. Og vi var to veninder! Men sengen var ren og redt og værelset og badet nyrenoveret. Men det nytter jo ikke uden vand. Og værelset var så lille at man ikke kunne gå rundt om sengen og åbne ud til badeværelset samtidig.

Burnt Horribly by a Fire - DO NOT STAY HERE
I cannot understand why this hotel is even available on Expedia. When we arrived it smelled strongly of smoke. Burn marks on the walls. Construction crew members were walking the building like hungry ants on a carcass. Our room had exposed wires on the walls and hanging from the ceiling. Depraved graffiti also lined the walls and bed frame. It looked and smelled like a no-tell Motel. The bathroom was little more than a closet. The floor had gaping holes in the tiles and the shower ceiling had caved in. When confronted, staff didn't apologize and gave no excuses. I told them that there was no way we could stay in such disgusting accommodations. The young woman at reception merely shook her head in acknowledgment. The hotel had been this way for months, not days. We were forced to search for a different place to stay. At such last minute notice, we were eventually forced to stay at a youth hostel.

I actually thought it was a mistake and i was not at the right place. Their were workmen on stairs and entrance into my so called room which was outdated, filthy, pipes and wires hanging from different places and a telly that was used in the 1800's. This is a hovel not a hotel. Did make a complaint said there was a fire and they were doing there best, blamed hotels.com for not telling me this.

Terrible is not the word
Somebody will get serIously injured if this so called hotel is not shut down, the street is better and that's not taken lightly, yes it's a budget hotel but so is travel inn and that's like a 10 star compared to this place. My goodness too may things to list, rather say nothing is right, dangerous electrics unclean everywhere, it's supposed to be going through with upgrading some rooms, so this may be there excuse, but sorry it looks like it's been like that for the last 50 years. Pictures of the rooms that were on when I booked can now not be found, very strange, disgusting.

Muy guarro, no limpian la habitación en 5 días
El metro está detrás del hotel y toda la noche escuchando pasar los metros correspondientes. Las imágenes no corresponden a las habitaciones, por lo que me sentí engañada. Las habitaciones están en muy malas condiciones, todo roto y sucio. El cuarto de baño es compartido hasta ahí bien, pero la suciedad que hay en él es máxima.

Pas de chauffage en Fev ! Pas d'eau chaude. Chambres salles. Peinture écaillé. Files électriques partout. Des ivrognes campé sur les marches d'entre. Le Hôtel est situé juste a côté d'un sortie de tunnel de l'underground (metro) - 4 vois de chemin de fer. Bonne sommeil !

Desde la entrada, descuidada, el techo y paredes a medio derrumbar y el olor a moho, te das cuenta que te equivocaste de lugar para hospedarte, desde el primer día todo mal, la habitación prometida no estaba lista a pesar de que sí tenían mi reservación desde dos semanas antes, cuando por fin entramos parecía como cualquier hostal, hasta que te das cuenta que TIENE BICHOS EN LAS CAMAS Y BAÑO, no puede ser que incluso las autoridades permitan establecimientos así abiertos, termine por salirme a buscar otra opción, ni modo que ya había pagado todo desde antes.

Barely fit for human habitation
This hotel is barely fit for human habitation. I know many people look at these reviews and see young travellers complaining about perfectly good b and b's etc, but I'm a seasoned traveller used to roughing it, and believe me - this hotel is without merit. There is dirt on every surface, rust on pipes, rubbish behind furniture, mold and rust on bathroom ceilings. The drains of the shared bathrooms block easily. TV cables have exposed wiring, and the TV does not work. The wifi does not reach the second floor. The only person on duty is a 20 year old who has no authority to fix or change anything. A shocker beyond all shockers

Worst hotel to stay in and not worth any penny
Well it was a terrible place to stay in. The bed is not comfortable at all, and the noise that is around you is crazy. You can hear the people in the other rooms and when it comes to comfort it is too bad because the bed isnt gd at all and there is a bad smell around and its so hard to sleep because of the smell and the train station so close. With respect to the location it is close enough but not a gd place to stay in general. It was my worst stay ever.

Overall very poor
I booked a non-smoking room. When I entered my room you could smell stale tobacco from the walls and carpet, although the room was clean enough. The male receptionist had a real problem understanding English and asking him a question was like drawing teeth. You could feel the springs from the mattress, which made sleeping in the bed a bit uncomfortable.

Skummelt, skittent, søvnløst.
Jeg må virkelig slutte med å være så gjerrig.. Inn i en trang, ustelt gang, med en liten luke som resepsjon, hvor jeg finner ei som nesten ikke kan engelsk. . Opp en trang trapp, og inn til et lite, ekkelt rom. Litt som leiligheten i Coyote Ugly, og nesten like koselig som rommet Dorothy får hos legen, i ”Return to Oz”. Kommer på at det skulle være et delt bad.. Hun ser ut til å ikke vite noe om det! Sier ”jeg skal være med deg å lete”. Jeg titter inn, og tenker mitt.. Æsj. Jeg ser at det har vært skrevet ”out of order” med store bokstaver på døra.. Titter inn en annen dør, og dusjen der ser litt bedre ut.. Masse mørkt hår i sluket, og lite pent dette også.. Jeg går inn og skal dusje.. Grer håret mitt, så kjenner jeg en dråpe falle ned i hodet mitt! ÆSJ! Det drypper ned fra lampa i taket. Skal heldigvis dusje uansett. Jeg velger å legge klærne mine i søppelbøtta.(!) I dusjen er det ikke noe varmt vann. Etter en kald dusj, går jeg ut av dusjen, skrur av vannet.. men det renner fortsatt. Det går ikke an å låse vinduene tror jeg, og det ene vinduet har et annet vindu som knirker noe forferdelig utenfor seg, og det er minst 3 Underground-linjer utenfor vinduet. Dunk-dunk, dunk-dunk, dunk-dunk, dunk-dunk. Så der ligger jeg, søvnløs i en seng som nærmest er et laken på fjærer. Klumpete. Ekkelt. Jeg føler meg møkkete og utslitt. Og uten kontakt med omverdenen da wifi ikke fungerer. Ikke velg dette hotellet. Bruk noen ekstra lapper i stedet.

Miserable Absteige an U-Bahnlinie
Es fällt schwer dieses "Ding" ohne Schimpfwörter zu beschreiben. Es ist kein Hotel, es ist eine Absteige. Es ist einfach ein kleines Stadthaus, in das eine paar gebrauchte Möbel gestellt wurden. Die Klos sind abscheulich. Wir sind ins Nahe McDonalds auf Klo gegangen. Zudem liegt es an der U-Bahnline. Bahnen fahre ca. alle 3 Minuten. und eine Weiche ist direkt auf Hotelhöhe. Unglaublicher krach, selbst in den Zimmern, die nicht zur U-Bahn liegen. Nun eine Mängelliste unseres Zimmers: - Zimmer war winzig. Ich konnte meinen normalen Flugzeugkoffer wirklich nicht auf den Boden stellen. - Fenster schloss nicht, darum noch lauter - Fernseher stand um die Ecke, man konnte also nur in der Tür stehend TV schauen - Receiver lag unangeschlossen auf dem dreckigen Boden - in der Fernbedienung waren aber eh keine Batterien, also eh kein Problem - Schrank war nicht zu öffnen (zu wenig Platz zum Bett) - benutzte Pflaster klebten am Bett - Wasserflecken an allen Wänden Mängel des Hauses: - Dreckig - Wasserflecken überall - Seit ca. 20 Jahren nicht mehr gestrichen - Toiletten/Duschen widerlich - Bei der "besten" Toilette hielt der Klodeckel nicht und die Spülung konnte mit einer speziellen Drücktechnik getätigt werden, was alle anderen Gäste scheinbar nicht konnten... Ich werde mich bei Expedia beschweren. Das ist nicht ansatzweise akzeptabel. Unsere letzte Urlaubsnacht haben wir dann auf dem Flughafen verbracht. Das war es schöner...

Nightmare
Dirty, smelly, moldy, noisy, unfriendly and an over all terrilble hostel experience. You can not sleep here. Too much noise from the tube if you can survive the smell and the unfriendlieness from the personell. They can not help you if you want to change your hotel. You have to pay full prise.

Relativt billigt.
Et relativt billigt og velplaceret hotel, som man ikke skal vente sig meget af ud over en seng at sove i. Gulvtæppet på værelset var ulækket, madrasserne i sengene beskidte, men med rent sengetøj. Det varme vand komplet utilstrækkelig om morgenen. Personalet venlig og imødekommende. Kraftig generende larm fra undergrundsbanen lige ved siden af - dog med pause fra ca. 24.00 til 05.00.

ON TOP OF TUBE TRACKS, this wasn't mentioned and as it's on the circle and district line you will have a tube go by every 3-5 minutes, location is good, great for dumping your bags and leaving for the night it's convenient considering it's next to the station, for budget you can't complain about the room or cleanliness just the constant tubes is tough to bare!!!

Don't not stay here
The only good thing I can say is that the sheets was clean but apart from that the place was disgusting strange mould damp smell if you take a shower or bath you will come out more dirty than you went in stay away!

Taudis
Partage douche et toilettes dans une salle de bain trop petite et un peu moisie. Chambre avec moquette carrément douteuse, un matelas à ressorts énormes et inconfortables - mais avec des draps propres. Penderie sale avec cintres sales (mais comment ?) pour seul rangement, même pas une chaise, une porte défoncée plusieurs fois dont le ''verrou'' tient avec un clou. On ne veut pas marcher pieds nus, on ne veut pas poser ses affaires n'importe où, dur dur... Sinon, pas loin du métro, lignes bleue et verte mais à éviter si vous pouvez.
