Delizioso hotel in luogo tranquillo
Posizione eccellente a Knightsbridge piccolo hotel pulitissimo con personale molto gentile e professionale. Le camere sono piccole ma ben strutturate. La strada è molto tranquilla ma a due passi da Harrods e vicinissima alla metro. Comsigliatissimo!

Amazing location with wonderful food
I came in the afternoon with a very busy schedule and the staff has arranged for me everything i needed just in 20 minutes. I also had a lunch in a quiet atmosphere and the food, following the suggestion of the waiter, was supergood. The room was clean, not so big but with everything you need and ........very quiet at night. So, enjoy your stay!!!!

Comodo, tranquillo e confortevole
Ottimo albergo posizionato nella zona più chic di Londra. A un passo dalle metropolitane (Knightsbridge o Sloane Square), vicino alle fermate degli autobus di Sloane Street e con i taxi che stazionano davanti all'hotel. Più collegati di così non è possibile. Tranquillo 5 stelle moderno e nuovo con clientela prevalentemente araba.Personale gentile. Letto comodissimo. Unico neo: bagno piccolo. Siamo stati in vacanza con la famiglia (2 doppie, si può chiedere in anticipo la comunicazione fra le stanze) nel periodo dei saldi e la soddisfazione è stata massima. Prezzo della colazione in albergo troppo elevato ma basta girare l'angolo e si trova l'equivalente a prezzi umani (è sempre Londra comunque). Tornerò volentieri.

Ottimo hotel
La posizione e' eccellente , nel cuore di belgravia fra sloane street e motcomb street, esattamente a 2 min a piedi da hyde park. Le camere sono belle , nuove e abbastanza spaziose, l'unica pecca e' rappresentata dal bagno, decisamente di piccole dimensioni. Il servizio e' ottimo e il ristorante davvero molto buono. Consigliato.

Eccellente scelta nell'area Knightsbridge
Tra i diversi hotel in cui siamo stati nell'area Knightsbridge-Mayfair è quello che ci ha convinto di piu'. Posizione ottima, a due passi dalle attrazioni di Knightsbridge ma in un'area tranquilla, servizio su standard eccellenti in tutti i campi, con il plus di un trattamento ospiti meno impersonale che in altri hotel di grandi catene. Accesso libero a piscina e palestra del Carlton situato a pochi metri.

Una colazione al di sopra di tutte le aspettative, la macchina da caffè nespresso in camera un tocco eccellente a tanta abbondanza, la zona a due passi da Harrods nel quartiere Belgravia non ha rivali

Ottima posizione, buone finiture, stanza e bagno molto piccoli
In Italia non potrebbe avere 5 stelle perché stanza e bagno sono molto piccoli. Per il resto ci siamo trovati bene: letto molto confortevole, arredi recenti e curati, prezzo conveniente, personale gentile e disponibile, servizio in camera efficiente e non troppo caro. La posizione è centralissima.

Love the hotel’s location, less than 5min walk to Sloane st and Harrods. Very quiet and relaxing. The room however unfortunately is run down, the windows were dirty and black like it was mould (I don’t think it was mould). Pillows aren’t the jumeriah standard, I barely slept. I do like the hotel though and would stay again for the location and ambience.

I am sorry you found the room and pillows were not up to your standards, our housekeeping team always goes the extra mile to clean every corner of the room, however sometimes they are not able to remove marks due to friction especially on windows. Despite asking for a quiet room we were put at the back very near air conditioning units. We were moved but to the front which had alot of traffic noise which we were told about but had no choice. The fan in the bathroom was on all night so not very quiet! Clean tidy and comfy but wouldn't stay again due to noise

Amazing staff from the doorman, reception, spa, breakfast Honestly it’s not easy to find same quality in central London I came with my baby and wife and it was perfect. Room very nice, very quiet first floor.

Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful location. Lovely staff who are very accommodating- printing pictures for our room as a surprise for my husband and sending strawberries and balloons was a lovely surprise for me too! Leave your cat at home because you can’t swing it in the room, but apart from that a gorgeous space for the night. Small but perfectly formed. Thanks again for a memorable anniversary stay.

Excellent stay
We had a fantastic stay for our wedding anniversary. The check in was a great experience, staff were very attentive. They helped organise flowers, balloons and chocolates on our arrival. We upgraded the room to an executive suite and we were impressed with the room. We had breakfast delivered to our room for £10 fee and it was very tasty. Check out was simple and we would definitely choose to stay again. Thank you to the team for a memorable stay.

Very underwhelming for what we paid for. Location is excellent but there is little to no lobby, no real hotel bar, breakfast was mediocre, and all the sexy amenities are in the much better sister hotel down the road. I felt completely deceived by the photos.

One of my worst experiences ever in a London Hotel. Outdated room, cleanliness seems to be not within the norms of this hotel, extremely careless front desk staff. Certainly would not repeat my stay there under any circumstances.
