La stanza troppo piccola per due persone, non si sapeva dove mettere la valigia ed il trolley (abbiamo dovuto chiedere una sedia supplementare per la valigia), il water troppo accostato alla porta del bagno, le coperte/piumoni dei letti troppo strette (non avvolgevano i due lati del letto): per concludere o stavi a letto o dovevi camminare lateralmente, non credo che torneremo in quest'albergo.

It has been a wonderful stay. The Hotel is in a good position, the most of the city is nearby. The staff is kind and very professional. I was there during the Christmas Period, it was like a movie.

Personale gentile e ottima posizione,metro e fermate bus a pochi metri.La camera è pulita e spaziosa(soprattutto per gli standard londinesi), la vista dalla nostra camera purtroppo era verso interno dei palazzi.Nelle vicinanze anche parecchi locali per pranzi veloci e per fare colazione (ottima la bakehouse Fortitude che si trova in una stradina di fronte all'hotel) collegamento per l'aeroporto abbastanza facile ,raggiungendo Stazione di Londra King's Cross St.pancras

Grande hotel situato in posizione perfetta ( a 2 passi dalla metro e a 15 minuti a piedi da soho), vicinissimo all’hotel ci sono bar e supermercato aperto tutta la notte. Le stanze piccole e piuttosto essenziali, ma pulite e funzonali. Il bagno molto piccolo ma per un breve soggiorno più che sufficiente. Consigliato!!

Stanza molto piccola , bagno vecchio con scarico del water mal funzionante , materasso scomodo . Non c’è aria condizionata nelle camere e con una temperatura esterna di 30 gradi e la finestra che si può aprire solo parzialmente , la notte è difficile dormire e il giorno sembra di essere in un forno . Anche la colazione non è un granché . Unica nota positiva è la vicinanza alla stazione della metro .

Per chi gira londra quasi solo a piedi come noi va bene, ma si cammina un bel po. Unica pecca la totale mancanza di aria condizionata come in molti hotel a londra, ma le giornate molto calde aumentano. cmq sopportabile (e possibile usare piccoli ventilatori). efficienti ad aiutare subito. Non abbiamo provato la colazione interna (n po cara), facile arrangiarsi poco fuori dall hotel.

Voto 10! Posizione eccellente, l’hotel si trova a 100mt dalla fermata della metro di Russel Square, comodissima per raggiungere il centro (A sole 4 fermate da Piccadilly). Personale accogliente e disponibile. Le camere pulite e accoglienti. Non ho trovato un difetto. Tornerò sicuramente.

Buono hotel, ma serve migliorare la pulizia
Hotel in una posizione ottimale. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, unica pecca la pulizia, le lenzuola e asciugamani vengono cambiati regolarmente, ma il pavimento del bagno non è mai stato lavato, era presente una macchia di dentifricio sicuramente di un ospite precedente e non è mai stata pulita. Per il resto Cmq lo consiglio

VIAGGIO CON FAMIGLIA
Hotel in ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione metropolitana. Nelle immediate vicinanze diversi bar per colazione o pranzi veloci. Camere confortevoli, ma la pulizia lascia a desiderare. Come i bagni che sono obsoleti : ci sono ancora due rubinetti per acqua calda e fredda al posto dei moderni miscelatori, il rosone della doccia è fisso e quindi non comodo all'uso, vi è la tenda al posto del box doccia. Nel complesso mi sento di consigliarlo per la posizione ed il prezzo.

Ottimo per visitare la città
Albergo ottimo in posizione eccezionale per poter visitare la città. In meno di 10 minuti a piedi si arriva al British Museum e con una paseggiata di meno di mezz'ora si arriva a Piccadilly passando per Covent Garden: fantastico. Se non si vuole camminare la fermata metro Russel Square è a 50 metri dall'ingresso, con una fermata si arriva alla stazione di St Pancras e con 4 fermate a Piccadilly. Stanza di dimensioni medie, bagno non enorme ma funzionale, livello di pulizia eccellente. La colazione continentale era ricchissima e completa, con varie proposte di dolce e salato. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. La nostra camera affacciava sul parco e aveva un'ottima vista. Si tratta di una struttura che si colloca tra le 3 e le 4 stelle, con un rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Assolutamente consigliato.

I liked nothing. The room was small and the shower room was so small it was difficult to sit down/stand up by the loo without damaging the toilet roll holder. Within the shower, the soap dispenser was fixed far too high for satisfactory useage. Breakfast - £15 for two slices of mass produced brown bread? We were given no real information about the hotel on arrival as the staff seemed pre-occupied. We will not return!

A two minute walk from a well connected metro station. Location is excellent. Our room was comfortable but very warm and the carpet was pretty dingy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
