My wife and I stayed here for three nights as we toured Derry and the surrounding counties. Monica, the hostess, was a star! Friendly, knowledgeable, and Welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. We’d strongly recommend this B&B. We’d also recommend Derry for learning the history of all of Ireland.

Sehr reservierte Gastgeberin (kühle Atmosphere)
leider haben wir nicht wie gebucht Zimmer mit eigenem Bad bekommen; ein Tausch war angeblich nicht möglich, da angeblich alles ausgebucht/ überbucht war; am nächsten Tag gings auch ohne Abreise der sowieso nicht vorhandenen anderen Gäste plötzlich doch in ein Zimmer mit Bad... insgesamt kühle Atmosphere ohne Wohlfühlfaktor

The room choice was made by yourselves at the time of booking with us you had an option to chooose an ensuite bedroom, we were fully booked when you arrived so we were unable to give you another room. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.

Above ratings not accurate. Hotel was overbooked so we stayed at her brother’s bnb. She had contacted hotels.com to say she was overbooked, but hotels.com didn’t relay message or follow up.

Quiet location
A big thanks to Monica for making us feel welcome. Service was great. Breakfast was wonderful. Was able to cater to our early breakfast needs. We were provided with good suggestions on local activities.

Non mi è piaciuto: Comfort della camera
Our room was very small and we were in a double bed which was cramped and not comfortable to sleep in due to its size. The rest of our stay here was excellent though and the owners were lovely and kind. Breakfast was beautiful. If your tall, and a couple, request the biggest bed and room they have.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, my apologies for the double bed not being big enough, all our rooms are of average size because we added bathrooms to them. We have two king size bed at Five Oaks which I would have gladly offered you if I had know you were unhappy. Best wishes, Monica
