Beautiful property, great host.
If you want a nice and peaceful place in the hills this is the place to stay. The host is very accommodating and the property is nice and clean.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient
We drove up the coast from San Diego to San Francisco and had the privilege of staying here during our LA portion of the road trip. Everything is exactly how the pictures look clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It had every comfort of home we could have needed. Mariana was so welcoming and sweet, she reached out to make sure everything was going great (and it was). I have stayed in many HomeAway rentals and not many owners check on you after you have checked in so I thought it was very sweet. Thanks again for renting your beautiful home out to us :)

Pasadena/Rose Parade
Good location as far as accessing the Pasadena area. The apartment was clean and comfortable; spartan but adequate accommodations with microwave and mini frig. We are in our mid-60s and navigated the spiral staircase fairly well but would not recommend it for individuals with minimal mobility.

This is nice home base from which to explore the Hollywood, Pasadena, Downtown triangle. Mariana is super accommodating!

Nice hilltop property
We enjoyed our stay a lot. It's spacious, clean and well stocked. It's on a hilltop so getting there some roads are steep. Overall, we would definitely come back to this place if we are ever in the area again.

Clean and CLOSE to DTLA
Small touches made for a restful and comfortable stay at Cypress Park. LOTS of storage and closets (with hangars!)for my almost two week stay. Access to Downtown Los Angeles was great, knowing that traffic can be an issue. Large and lovely bathroom, comfy bed. Mariana's simple but tasteful decor was pleasing too! Made for a wonderful visit to California.

Great stay
Mariana was the best! She was so accommodating and a great host. The place was in a perfect location and the view was amazing from up in the hills. It really made our first visit to LA perfect!
