It is an open floor single house and It has a large yard with pool and unique private backyard with BBQ and outdoor bar& kitchen.
a short drive leads you to the famous restaurants, cafes& shops of Ventura Blvd .

It includes: pool, outdoor kitchen and bar, bedding, towels, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, laundry machines, central A/C & keyless entry ( self check-in), free parking

Covid safe- all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected according to Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocol.

Back yard is the highlight of this amazing house. It's including heating pool (heating is with an additional charge), full outdoor kitchen: refrigerator, outdoor grill and tabun.

It includes a full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, pots, pans, plates and utensil you'll need.

The bedrooms can each sleep 2 people, in kids bedroom can sleep 3 people.
They feature extremely comfortable new mattress, closet with a chest of hangers in each.
The master bedroom feature a king size bed. the 1st guest bedroom has a queen size bed, the 2nd guest bedroom has full size beds, and the kids bedroom has 3 single beds .

The property has two bathrooms.
Bathrooms come fully equipped with towels, toilet paper, and shower items.
The house is completely private.

Couple issues with description and host
The house was nice, clean and had an amazing outdoor area. The Pool area was fantastic and made for a relaxing time. There were a few issues with the response time from the host when trying to get the AC repaired. It took 2 days to get a response from the host about getting the AC fixed and by the time we left the AC was still not operational and the host never followed up. Even the thermostat was locked so adjusting the temperature wasn’t an option. The “comfy” furniture in the description is inaccurate only found 2 chairs that we could sit in longer than 15 minutes. The “new beds”in the description might be new but with the middle was so broken down it turned you into a human taco. Overall the house was great with the exception of an AC unit not working but will look elsewhere next time we stay in the area.

Nice Home, Huge Hidden Fees
This is the first negative review I have ever left. Our family was really looking forward to our stay at this beautiful property. The listing described the back yard with a heated pool included, so we were surprised when the night before our trip (only after we asked for the key code to the door) that the heating of the pool would incur an additional $200 fee per day). We reached out to the owner about this discrepancy, but they said the listing did not say that heating of the pool was included. I took a screenshot of the listing & let the owner know which paragraph did indeed say “including heating pool”. I hoped for an apology & discount or single day of the pool being heated at no charge. Instead the owner updated the listing to reflect this fee but did not email us back until we reached out again. They refused to do anything & said “it was clear in my house rules.” Other smaller issues included: Listing says 3 parking spots in garage, garage was converted to bedroom No pot holders No dish towels Only one bath towel per person Broom but no dust pan Only 3 dishwasher soap pods found (not enough for length of stay) No extra trash bags, just what was in the trash cans Largest pot & pan not big enough to cook for our entire group Blender top/pitcher but no blender base Fridge in outdoor kitchen/bar was not working Lighting in half-bath too dim to apply makeup Again, the property is beautiful & we hope that sharing this can lead to a better experience for future guests.

Beautiful home but lacking the basics
This house was truly beautiful. The photos don’t fully do it justice. The layout is great and home is remodeled and clean. However a lot of the necessities were just lacking. Positives: the house is clean and laid out well, the neighborhood was quiet and nice, the backyard is private and has a nice pool and seating, a few things to keep kids busy and happy (outdoor play set, trampoline). Negatives: literally zero comfortable surfaces - the couches were awful, the beds were worse. We slept in the master and there was a massive sinkhole in the middle of the mattress that dragged us both in every night. We checked the other beds and they were just as bad. We dreaded going to sleep at the end of each day and our backs are paying for it now. There was 1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of TP in the house. For a 9 night stay. There was no laundry detergent even though we were asked to wash towels on departure. We were forced to buy our own - I expect these basic items to be available to us. Although the listing said heated pool, we got charged an extra $200 per day to heat up the pool. I would not mind this if they were up front rather than hiding the extra cost in a welcome message (vs the listing).
