Unfortunately not the best stay
The owner had excellent communication skills but unfortunately the property was not up to par. The outwards appearance seemed good enough until you got into things. The floor appeared clean but was sticky and extremely dirty. The kitchen looked nice, but the cupboards had no shelves so I was unable to store things inside of them. The beds were nice looking until you laid down on them and they were subpar no name mattresses. One was very low to the ground and extremely uncomfortable, the other bed was equally uncomfortable but was pushed up against the wall on one side so you couldn't get into bed on one side and being disabled an unable to climb into bed from the foot of it, and found it uncomfortable to have my spouse get into bed that way climbing over me. Both rooms only had one nightstand. These rooms were not meant for double or queen size beds, they should have been twin size. So I spent the entire stay in an air mattress in the front room. The washing machine broke down the first time I tried to use it three days into my stay. Fully loaded with clothes and it wouldn't empty the water so we had to drag all our clothes out sopping wet. It was never fixed during my stay. I wound up asking him if I could use the big house in the front washing machine and dryer which he did agree to but was hugely inconvenient.
I spoke with him the day before I was to arrive and explained that I was disabled and needed to park in front of the unit which he agreed to but didn't happen
