Hotels.com is horrible… use different traveling co
Hotels.com refused to pay the hotel so they couldn’t check me in (even though I already payed in advance. Then I was on the phone with hotels.con for over an hour while they told me it was the hotels fault, then they said it was my banks(which it wasn’t because I saw the payment went through) when the whole time it was hotels.com’s fault and they couldn’t give me a valid reason why even though I’m. Gold member and done this many times… ultimately after all that I had to try and get a refund that took 10 business days to get back in my account and I was unable to stay at the hotel. Hotels.com is the worst and never will I be using them again.

The room was alright for the price came with a microwave and a mini fridge. The cons were that I couldn’t sleep because it was so noisy. There is very limited parking and no extra locks on the door for security. Also, there is very low water pressure in the shower.

I requested and was promised a non-smoking room and I was accommodated in a smoker one, next to another with the same characteristics so most of the night I was inhaling the secondhand smoke from my neighbors.

Horrible stay and customer service
One of the worst stays ever! I will never stay here again. They asked for a $20 cash deposit and when I asked if it could be put on the credit card, they said no. I arrived at 5pm and they did not have my room ready. They also asked me if I would be willing to switch rooms after my first night?!? What hotel does that? This hotel is also not in the best of neighborhoods in terms of safety. To top it all off, I was in town for an event and had a flight later in the afternoon on the day of check-out and they wouldn't keep my luggage for a few hours and forced me to take my luggage with me and lug it everywhere. In terms of cleanliness, there were glitter/sparkles scattered throughout the room and even though I asked for a non-smoking room, the room clearly had a scent of cigarettes. I highly recommend paying the extra money to stay at another hotel. It's not worth the headache to stay here.

Horrible stay
When we arrived inside the room smelled like cigarettes and weed there were cigarette burns in the covers and they smelled awful the tv volume or controls didn’t work and the mini fridge didn’t cool ..other hotel guest were extremely loud and arguing in the parking lot We ended up just leaving after a few hours due to the service

The place is clean but they are very strict on the fact that anyway that is not registered cannot be on property. Two cars cannot be parked on site.

Well I stayed there with a friend we where visiting some of our friends out there. The next morning we had a few friends meet up with us there so we can go grab breakfast and they told me that I had more than two people stay in the room when they had just got there to pick me up so they. Charged me an extra 40 dollars for the stay he was trying to extort money out of me worst experience ever

Nice room, neighborhood could be better
The room itself was very nice- spacious & clean. The neighborhood, however, is pretty rough. Not dangerous, just dirty. The hotel staff was helpful, but it's a little strange that there are no phones in the room, so you have to walk down to the office to talk to anyone. The free Wi-Fi worked great though. Overall, good value.

Overall great, but noisy a/c
It's a completely decent place for a motel. You get what you pay for. No complaints about the condition, a couple of sketchy looking people in the neighborhood, but no one bothered us. They're pet friendly, so we got to bring our cat with us, which was great. Everything was clean. The only thing is that the a/c makes a lot of noise. It's an individual a/c in every room, so you can choose to turn it off, but if you're gonna keep it on I'd recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Ich war während einer Konferenz in dem Motel. Im Nachhinein würde ich in dem Stadtteil kein Zimmer mehr nehmen. Die Gegend ist offensichtlich heruntergekommen und Drogenumschlagplatz. Nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit habe ich es vorgezogen mit dem Taxi zur Unterkunft zu fahren. Ein Taxifahrer hat mir sogar erzählt, dass sie üblicher weise in die Gegend gar nicht fahren.

Sheets and towels all had stains on them. My bed sheets were crusted with a black substance as well. Worse knowing that there was raunchy sex happening throughout the night from multiple neighboring units. Walls are so paper thin we could even hear them whisper into eachothers ears. Would have slept better and saved money sleeping in my car with pornhub blasting from my phone.

good place for last minute stay. the area seems a little sketch & the walls are a little thin so noise can sometimes be heard from neighboring rooms & ubove but overall a good stay.

Scared away before checking-in
I never even checked in. There was a man at the driveway wearing a dirty T-shirt and shorts who yelled at me when I tried to walk into the lobby to check in. He told me to wait OUT IN THE DRIVEWAY! for ten minutes and tol dme that he WORKED there at the hotel!!. He spoke with another man, this one a young Hispanic, who then walked into Room #3. The angry man stayed outside sitting on a rock. I dutifully waited, and then an ugly mean lady yelled at me from a little window with bars on it, like a jail cell, I couldn't understand what she was saying, she called me over to her little jail window and I gave her my confirmation printout. She nodded, NO NO but didn't explain what she was NO'ing about. Then she said "No reservation - You have to pay" even though I explained to her that this was already on my credit card. The man outside in the dirty T-shirt then called me over to his rock but I just walked toward my card and got in. He then started banging on my car window and ordered me to get out of the car and would not let me back out of the parking to leave the premises. I was there with my 76 year-old mother and she said to call the police, which was a good idea. The police came and told the man to back off.and let me leave. I left in a big hurry to get out of there as fast as possible!!
