Overall Great Stay
I'll start by saying that my only real issues were the burden of trying to change my departure date over a month before coming to the area/getting money back for removing a night and the lack of communication as my arrival date was approaching. The host did not share any check-in instructions with me until hours after I had asked. HOWEVER, despite this, once I finally received information, I was able to get into the house. It was beautiful!! My husband, sister-in-law, and I didn't have the opportunity to utilize much of the home or cute little outdoor area, but it was comfortable and safe. Also, the walk-in shower in the bedroom with the king bed was top tier! I would recommend this home.

Great place!
This property was very clean. It appears to have been recently remodeled. It’s in a somewhat busy neighborhood so there was some car noise but that can’t be helped. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it.

Good location but very poor communication!
The pics look nice however the house needs a lot of useful items and atttention such as a chair in the bedrooms, a bench to put your luggage on, towels and wash cloths needed desperately.There were No washcloths so I had to go out and buy washcloths and a pillow! The bathrooms have no hooks or any cabinets to put your toiletries. So after a shower there is no place to put your wet towel. The towels were stained and thread bare. They definitely need descent towels and, wash cloths, and new sheets! We had issues with thermostat no instructions on how to use. We froze at night and it was hot during day time. I contacted host and it took him 3 days to send someone over! Very poor communication! We also had issues with the key to house sometimes we could not unlock or lock it without a struggle! Finally after 3 days someone came over to fix! Also no dish cloths or towels. Only plus to this place is location!!

Quick stay, great location!
We had a great stay here on our way to Grand Canyon. Close to sights in Hollywood and quiet neighborhood. Great place to call home for a couple days.

The property was amazing and truly a serene space for my family. Access to the space was straightforward and the location was centrally located to a variety of spots in LA. Loved the enclosed private outdoor space.
