All Dark
Cannot reach the number on the itinerary to arrange for check-in/keys. Got to the address. House is all dark. No way to get in. Sketchy neighborhood. On the phone with Expedia for a long time to find the owner of the house. No luck. Expedia found an alternative accommodation - a 2 star hotel at the same price - a far cry from the Vacation Home we were expecting. Expedia was not informed this property is no longer for listing. Horrible experience with 3 tired kids late in the night trying to find suitable accommodation for family of 5.

Highly unpleasant family stay
Being a global traveler and having stayed in all types of hotels, this was a major disappointment. It wasn't easily possible to find another option upon reaching Friday night, else I would have. House is in a condition requiring significant repair and upgrade. To our dismay, there was an overwhelming pot/weed odor which didn't get cleared even after multiple sprays of room deo. Extremely unhealthy as we were a family with no one even smoking cigarettes. With my family visiting from India, this experience has left us embarrassed at the least. Has only one wash-room for 3 bed-rooms, which is totally incompatible and limits the utilization for a large family. I strongly recommend that you review your policy of how you select properties, especially for family stays. After being a loyal Hotels.com user, I will now think 10 times before booking my next trip. Great geographically, neighborhood sketchy
The home itself is totally fine, but the neighborhood is a fairly rough area. Temper your expectations accordingly on that front. The rooms are a good size for a couple and the house comfortably seats 6 with room to fit more if needed. The unit was clean and neat. Just know what type of area you will be in. Cash only! We weren't told this via Expedia and had to go to an ATM before getting into town. Plan accordingly once more.

Bathroom to small, no tp in bathroom
We are very sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Our bathroom is a standard size bathroom and we provide 4 toilet paper per reservation which should last you a week. If you needed more toilet paper you just had to ask and we would bring this to you. Thanks again for staying at our property, have a great day.

Nice home close to Universal Studios. Very Clean
I have a great experience at this home. It was very clean, the house was about 5-10 mins to Universal and Hollywood was also very close about 15 mins. The staff gave us a free gift and a wine bottle. Thanks so much! I also visited couple restaurants at NOHO District arts which is only about a minute, Very convenient for us. Also the pictures don't do the justice the house looks even better.
