Not for families due to Psychotic Neighbor
Pros- view was as advertised, area fun for walking around and buzzing around the beach area. We loved the bed sizes and they were comfortable (most places have too puffy of pillows).
Cons- within 10 minutes of arriving, the downstairs neighbor called the police (we had not even brought up all our luggage). We have twin 3 year olds who have legs (lol) therefore were moving around as they do. All FOUR DAYS this neighbor harassed us and called police or security and banged on her ceiling even when I was doing the dishes. She must have holes in her ceiling with how much she was banging. At the end of our time, she wrote a 3 page negative, rude note and placed it on our car which I found to be both frightening and thus the psychotic title of this review: she claimed to be a doctor and said our children’s noises were “disgusting.” Her tone in the note was literally scary and she said our apartment was illegal. Yes, they had two major crying/tantrums and I get that but it was all the time that she harassed us. We were told to ignore but it was a bit scary. I felt we should have been compensated as my son in law and daughter did everything to keep their children as passive as possible which was no vacation for them. The dishwasher needs to be reinforced as it tilted out when you opened it and do not use the cold water in front bathroom sink unless you turn it off just right or it leaks all over the sink and onto the floor. I try to be positive but this was next level stressful.
