generally speaking it is a good hotel, good restaurant, good wifi; however, room is very small and it is very difficult to reach it, even with gps.

Buon servizio alberghiero in area verde.
Buon servizio alberghiero in area verde e silenziosa. buono il confort generale e la colazione inglese. Un pò lontano dal centro (30 min a piedi). Comunque servizio bus disponibile.

Great hotel
Hotel nel Campus dell'Università di Loughborough. Molto comodo e accogliente per chi partecipa a meetings e conferenze all'Università. Con una piccola piscina e sala gym.

Warning: make sure you do not go here when there is a football tournament! This was not the peaceful break I was expecting due to a huge children's football tournament taking place at the University. I arrived with kids throwing tissue from the balcony at us whilst checking in and with noise every night with them running up and down the halls and knocking on our doors then running away. We wanted to use the pool but it was too busy plus there was an argument between one of the football dad's and security. Check swimming times. As we tried to go when everyone was at the tournament but was not able to. We thought that perhaps we should order breakfast in bed to avoid the crowds but the order menu was at reception and we were already in our pyjamas so we thought we'd just go to breakfast abit later the next morning. Breakfast by the way is only 7-9am - which I don't think is long enough at all. Anyway, the hotel is currently being refurbished so breakfast was served in little board rooms with no windows which obviously was occupied by the football teams so we didn't end up having breakfast as it was all too loud with children screaming. We went out for breakfast then when we got back our room was already being cleaned even though our check-out was at noon! So make sure there isn't a football match if you want a peaceful spa break here. However, the staff seemed to be very nice and the rooms clean. Our room was quite hot though.

Located inside gated university grounds. Parking ample and secure. Check in was easy and friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Little signs of aging like damaged bathroom door and marks on ceiling. Bed and bedding comfy. Room a little warm although there was a fan you can use. It was quiet. We used the leisure facilities and these were great.

Friendly professional service. Spacious, pleasant room. Easy check in and check out. Delicious evening meal. Plenty of free parking on site. Convenient for visiting university as hotel located within the university grounds.

Went for a one night stay for work, hotel has onsite parking, quick check in and the room was spacious, clean and with a nice bathroom. Good Wi-Fi and room service was quick with good food.

Could do better
Room far too hot to sleep comfortably. Uncomfortable using the leisure facilities due to layout felt very over looked in the pool by other users. Bed comfy, the continental part of breakfast nice the English side not so good cheep ingredients I suspect.

Great location for anyone visiting their YP at Loughborough Uni as its within the Campus and has free parking. Delicious hot breakfast is available with a good variety of options. Staff are particularly friendly and look after you. Thoroughly recommended.

Burleigh Court Hotel is an excellent hotel in pleasant surroundings at Loughborough University. The hotel is clean, comfortable and easily accessible with easy parking. The staff are efficient and friendly.

The hotel was spot on for us in terms of location and we were pleasantly surprised. The only thing I would say is that the rooms we were in does need some maintenance completing but apart from that no problems. We shall be staying again.

Burleigh Court Hotel.
Burleigh Court Hotel is a friendly, clean, comfortable, hotel set in pleasant grounds at Loughborough University. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. It was great having the use of a swimming pool as well. A note is that it is more expensive on weekdays than at weekends.

10am checkout
Overall a nice hotel. I like the ambiance, rooms very average though. A 10am checkout is extremely unfair to guests. This is very unusual, and in all my travels and hotel stays this (and related Link hotel) apply this. Since the check in time however is the “traditional” 3pm, it means guest practically get to stay a few hours only when for a one night stay. The normal stay should be 3-12, and hotels, which push for 11 checkout are already unfair but a 10am is ridiculous!

Quiet, comfortable room. All mod cons. Only negatives - bed a little hard and no aircon. Also tv guide didn’t work on tv. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful and stay was pleasant. Would stay again.

Largely great experience.
Everything about the stay was great. Except that they had a student event on with loud music playing and people smoking and talking loudly in the internal courtyard. Eventually I rang reception at 12:30am and asked them to go and sort it out. Which to be fair, they did. But it was a shame that it came to that.

Nice hotel with some flaws
Overall the hotel was nice, we used the pool facilities which were lovely, and the food in the bar was also very nice. Unfortunately the beds were so hard that we both struggled to sleep, and the shower was also lukewarm, which was particularly unpleasant on such a cold weekend! The location is good for the uni, and there are some nice walks a short drive away.

Unfortunately was woken up 4 times throughout the night due to either students or noisey guests slamming doors, shouting and running through the hallways. Not sure if there is a quiet section but wouldn't stay again if there isn't.

Room for improvement
The phone in the room didn’t work, there was no offer to replace it. The mushrooms at breakfast were not cooked - I asked about them (being vegetarian) & the member of staff shrugged her shoulders. The beds were too hard & very uncomfortable. My card was debited by too much before checking out time, giving me no opportunity to check the amount charged in advance. I would definitely’pay as I go’ if I were to stay there again. However some staff were very helpful and and the restaurant bar and spa were generally very good.
