Heart of Lucca! Beautiful and quiet!
Wonderful stay and a beautiful apt. Very quiet, clean and fantastic location. Vanessa is a great and accommodating host! I highly recommend!!

Amazing Lucca & Vanessa
We were so charmed by Lucca and this wonderfully charming home away from home. From the moment Vanessa took us into her care via her communications we knew we were in good hands. Such a lovely renovated home for our base in Lucca. Thank you! We wished we could have stayed a month, we hope to be back for that in the not too distant future. Thank you!

Wonderful apartment and location
We loved staying in this inviting home, with its spaciousness and great amenities. Vanessa could not have been more helpful before and during our arrival. Gino was great, and there to greet us. Location was superb. Apartment very clean, comfortable, bright, cheery and comfortable. What more can I say?

Great Lucca Apt
This is an incredible apartment in the middle of the historic district. It is clean, spacious and decorated with antiques. The host, Vanessa, was helpful, gracious and very accommodating.

Wonderful
The appartment was very attractive and comfortable and the location amazing. Vanessa was a wonderful host and helped whenever she was asked and was a big support when I lost my passport. I would strongly recommend the appartment as a comfortable place in an ideal location and not to be forgotten, the help and support from Vanessa.

Beautiful comfortable ,quiet historic apartment full of character in the heart of historic Lucca
We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely 3rd floor apartment, with lift .. Well equipped, comfortable and met our needs and expectations, second bedroom a little small but nothing to concern us. The position is ideal being tucked away in a quiet courtyard just off one of the bustling streets in the centre of this historic town. Shops, restaurants all just round the corner, Lovely walks round the walls.Excellent recommendations from Vanessa on shops and restaurants and bakeries etc. Wonderful weather and very relaxing what more can one ask for a lovely holiday.

This Apartment is Amazing!
I booked the Jacopo Apartment for 28 wonderful days, out of my 6 weeks holiday and Lucca was truly the highlight of my trip. During the 1st part of my stay in Lucca, I had my family come and stay for 2 weeks. A dream come true for me, a Family Holiday in Tuscany! and Lucca, the walled city was the perfect place for this. There were 5 adults and my granddaughter (6 mo. old). There was plenty of room for all of us. The apartment was amazing, clean, exactly as stated in the listing. Excellent location, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Vanessa even had arranged for us to have a baby crib and baby chair (hooks onto table) for my granddaughter, that was very much appreciated. The apartment was a great place to come home to after long day trips to Florence, Cinque Terre, Viareggio, a bike ride to Pisa or just exploring Lucca. The 2nd part of my stay, was on my own, where I really felt like a local. Walking the wall everyday, sometimes bringing a book and sitting, taking the garbage to the street on garbage day, I loved that!..or just walking around Lucca, buying food at the markets and deli's, where everything is so close, literally, just around the corner. The 3rd part of my stay, I had 3 girlfriends join me. Now, I get to play "host" and show them beautiful Lucca, Florence, etc...Vanessa kept in contact with me the whole time, making sure everything was perfect, new bedding, new towels , beach towels etc. Her map of Lucca and recommended places to eat and visit made it so easy to enjoy the best of Lucca.! Both the train station and the bus station are an easy 15 minute walk from the apartment, that was so handy! I would highly recommend this apartment to everyone, families, friends, girls getaways or just being by yourself. I loved my 28 days in Lucca, will never forget it and cannot wait to return...Vanessa, thank you for making my stay so wonderful!

Absolutely matched our needs perfectly because of its central location and internal courtyard
Talk about going back in time! My goodness, it was stunningly ancient and all the more valuable to us because of that. I had expectations of Frette bed linen and so on which was, frankly, ridiculous and IKEA sufficed for our stay. The stairs can be challenging if the lift (elevator) is full so please be aware of that. However, it's on the stairs and in the courtyard that you meet the residents and that represented another wonderful surprise and would make me want to return. It's possible one or two may come to Ireland since our encounters and I would love that. Vanessa is the epitome of kindness, humility and professionalism. We wanted her to come back with us to Ireland also but why would anyone want to leave Lucca or Italy. Ridiculous suggestion! The fact that we could walk everywhere was such a bonus and Vanessa's list of restaurants, and trattorie was perfect. We went everywhere she recommended and were thrilled. The kitchen is down a few steps as is the small bedroom with 2 single beds so, again, for anyone less active that might be a little challenging. Just so you're aware. There is nothing more to add except please pass on my very best wishes to Vanessa if and when you meet her and I hope you have the time of your life in Lucca.

Could not have been better!
We stayed in this rental for 5 days with friends. The house was warm, inviting, and very well appointed. Everything we needed was there, including some things we didn't expect, like basic condiments for cooking, and tons of travel maps with suggestiong on sites in the area. The two bedrooms are very different, one large loft with bathroom, and one very small bedroom with a bath very nearby. Very comfortable in every way. The hostess, Vanessa, was over-the-top helpful and kind to us, even meeting us at the gate of the walled city, where we had to park our car, and walking us right to the apartment. This was a great stay, and we were all sad to leave the place. We'll be back! The walks around the top of the wall were stunningly beautiful, and the shopping and dining in the little city were extremely enjoyable.....
