Relaxing at the Charming Lakefront House

Welcome to the Blue House at Lake Gaston.

Situated on Sixpound Creek with access directly to the main lake, enjoy peace, privacy and nature.

This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath charming lakefront home features beautiful views, cozy living room with fireplace, large screened porch, fire pit, playground, and private dock with kayaks and paddleboat.

Spacious downstairs primary bedroom has French door access to the screened porch, and an oversized en suite with jetted tub and separate shower. Three additional bedrooms and loft upstairs. Each bedroom includes a TV. All high-quality linens, bath towels, pillows, etc. are provided.

The newly renovated kitchen is well appointed with cookware, dishes, coffee station, toaster, outdoor gas grill and all essentials.

Enjoy additional amenities like high-speed internet, full laundry room, and garage space.

No use of boat lift. Two kayaks and one paddle boat are available for your use. Water at the dock is 10-14ft deep. If you're going to bring a pontoon/boat, you may tie it to the dock.

Great property on quiet part of lake
We had a great time at the lake house. The home was beautiful and had lots of space to spread out. We loved the screened in porch and the dock. Lots of things to do right at the house and the cove the property is on is relatively quiet. We rented a boat for a few days and it was a great location for getting out on the lake as well.

Fun family get away
We brought our kids and grandkids here for a getaway. We truly enjoyed ourselves with the lovely views from the screened in porch. We brought our boat and spent many hours out on Lake Gaston. It is a beautiful area and very relaxing. The home worked well for all of us.

Great Stay, Beautiful Property
Our extended family of 10 had a great stay on the lake. The house and dock are beautiful, everything was clean and the lake was wonderful. There was more boat traffic than we expected being so far back in the cove, but it didn't impact our experience. The hosts were helpful and responsive. We would love to come back!!

July 4th Weekend
It’s our tradition to stay at Lake Gaston for the 4th of July. However, due to construction of our new home we needed to find a rental to continue our family tradition. This was the perfect house for that. The house was very clean and spacious for our large crowd. We really enjoyed the backyard- screened porch and boat dock were a plus too!! The host was very friendly and accommodating to our scheduling needs! Would recommend anyone to stay here!

Loved this lake house!
We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The house is on the lake, with extensive decks and decking, a grill, fire pit, playground, and a boathouse that included use of the kayaks and paddle boats. It easily fit our family of 8, plus two kids. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. The location is rural, but within a neighborhood of a few similar lake houses. We loved our family getaway and it provided just the right amount of seclusion and fun for the family.

Incredible get-a-way!
House is located on Lake Gaston which gave us the option to bring our boat and enjoy the lake. House is beautiful with a peaceful surrounding. Met family there which proved to be a perfect place for us to enjoy our time together. The house is beautiful and the outdoors allowed us to enjoy fishing, sightseeing, and a successful Easter egg hunt.
