“I booked a room for 2 nights and right after I checked in the hotel lost partial power and we had no heat, no tv, no microwave, no WiFi and even though they have a kitchenette no dishes, no cookware or cutlery! I called twice to request at the very least a partial refund and I even spoke to a manager who said they would call me but they never did, I get that the power outage was not their fault but they definitely didn’t help me with a refund!”

“Room was clean but we got woke up both nights between 1 and 2 in the morning from the fire alarm blaring. I had to call the front desk because I didn't see or smell a fire they said it was the alarm in the storage room ”

“During my stay there after my kids going through unopened outside doors without a key into the supposed pool area that was contaminated with an empty pool with extension cords open wire running into the water that was left with warning caution signs all over the inside doors which also open without a key was horrible and very scary and then the outside property was bulldozed down going right to a lake with no kind of fence or whatnot anything and everything you could think of unsafe raked into...

“Laundry service and cleanliness is good when she is working! Pool is cold but the room is warm. Breakfast is ok, there is always sausage but not always eggs or waffles”

“Parking was easy except it is dog friendly and i am all for dogs but a rather large dog pooped in the grass by my door and I walked right thru it. Gross not the hotels fault. They did give me cleaning supplies to clean my floor being i tracked it into my room. It was never picked up. It was very close to zoo and downtown dublin and we still had a lovely time. Our soap was barely filled and the ice was kinda far to retreive but for the price i could walk it! The staff was super nice and friendly!”

“The bed was really comfortable! The hot tub was closed, staff was annoyed to answer any questions, breakfast was slim, vending machine was broken, hallways smelled like smoke. It was fine for a night but I would not stay again.”
