After an 8 hour drive, we arrived within the check-in window to be told they had no reservations for us. We told several excuses, one being their system went down and wiped their reservations. They were booking in people before and after us. They were unable to assist us in figuring out other hotels in the area. We were in town for a festival, and like many others, our hotel canceled our reservation...

“For the price that I was paying per night, not having complimentary coffee was not acceptable. My in-room refrigerator made intermittent noises, which would wake me up several times each night. Also, the Marriott app is not user-friendly at all. Finding an actual phone number for the property I was staying at to let them know I needed a late check-in (due to the time of my arriving flight) was virtually impossible and required a call to Marriott Customer Service and the help of a supervisor. ...
