My partner and I were first placed in room 6312 and it was bug ridden, full of cobwebs, smelled of mold, and still dirty. I had to kill about 20 bugs. We were luckily able to get a room change into a much cleaner room but still couldn’t get over the amount of bugs we had to kill. “The room was clean, the housekeeping staff and nighttime staff member were all great. The daytime staff members were not the friendliest or helpful. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast nothing special.”

“We had an ok stay. Unfortunately our bedroom smelled like raw sewage for some reason, not sure if it's because the facilities are old? Also unfortunately when I was in the shower did I realize they were out of conditioner and body soap. For the amount of money the room cost the facilities were not up to what I'd expect.”
