The house is located on the neighboring island of Boracay. This island is not affected by the "shutdown"!

Built in 2015 in an octagonal shape, this luxury villa offers everything needed for a dream vacation. It comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious veranda encircling the loft-like living and dining area, an open kitchen, large balconies on the upper floor, a pool, and a private beach spanning approximately 50 square meters.
Your personal housekeeper regularly cleans and attends to everything on the property, changes bedding every few days, and provides fresh towels. Despite residing in a small guesthouse on the premises, they discreetly manage all their tasks and remain almost unnoticed.

Ground floor:
Expansive veranda and swimming pool, loft-like living and dining area, fully equipped open kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and other necessities, bathroom with toilet, tub, and shower, one bedroom. The property boasts a well-maintained 3000-square-meter tropical garden and a private beach.

Upper floor:
Another fully equipped bathroom with toilet, an additional guest room, and a home office. However, the highlight of this level is the master bedroom, offering a breathtaking view over your private palm grove to the sea. The room is air-conditioned and opens onto a large balcony exclusively accessible from here.

Most floors are finished in marble.

The luxury villa is located in Caticlan on the island Panay. The villa is very remotely located to relax and enjoy the wonderful island life, but still perfectly located to be very quick in the lively city center or at the neighbor island Boracay. Groceries, restaurants, bars, ferry ports, hospitals, doctors, are very close by, about 600 meters away.
Caticlan airport can be reached in about 10 minutes by taxi. Daily 8 flights departure to and arrive from Manila. Every 5 minutes boats take you to Boracay, tourist and party island. White sand beaches are within walking distance as well as a few minutes away by boat!
Besides all kinds of water sport and other sporty activities, the 18 hole golf course should be named, it is internationally awarded and offers stunning view:
Stand-up paddling, scuba diving, snorkeling water skiing, jetski, kiteboarding and surfing, sailing, helicopter flights, horse back riding, mountain biking, hiking and so more can be done at the two islands.

Other facts:
In Panay the Ati-Atihan festival was founded and is a feast held annually in January in honor of the Santo Niño (Infant Jesus)! The festival consists of tribal dance, music, accompanied by indigenous costumes and weapons, and parade along the street. People compare it to the carnival in Rio or Venice, it is stunning!
