This is a seriously big hotel, which is not quite that visible from the pictures. This means there is a lot of walking from lift to room/ lift to exit etc involved, which was not great for my 80 year old Mum. Also, there is no designated drop off area. So if you arrive by car, you need to either park illegally or walk a long way to the hotel, and only once you are checked in will they make parking available to you, and that is a couple of minutes away. The hotel is otherwise clean and the food is fine, the staff were all friendly, but not all of them managed to be helpful all the time. We had two identical rooms but I had a table on the balcony and my Mum didn't, and she had a duvet and I didn't. The location is really great, but you will need a car to get around. Fantastic views and walks nearby.

This hotel is really well situated in camp de mar, because the beach nearby was honestly the best beach amongst all the ones we have visited. The room is nice, we had booked a partial sea view but to us we had the room overlooking the pool and the sea which was amazing. There is a wide diversity of food in the morning (we were only breakfast included). The people working around the hotel (cleaning, reception…) are really nice! The different drawbacks of the hotel we have found is that : the water is really smelly in the bathroom both from the shower and sink, it has a strong smell of chlorine. The rooms are not really well isolated, every night you have animation in the hotel and if the music is loud you can hear it from the room, also you can hear every person crossing behind your door day or night. Lastly, the place to eat is really loud, we only ate there in the mornings, we couldn’t hear each other, besides the very tasty offerings. All in all it was a nice hotel, but the drawbacks is making the grade go down!

Grundsätzlich alles vollkommen in Ordnung - toller und sehr freundlicher Empfang bei der Anreise an der Rezeption von Hr. Rafael😊. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht - großes Frühstücksbuffet und alles da, was man am Morgen braucht. Lediglich die WLAN Verbindung war ein wenig holprig, ansonsten alles 🔝.

Sehr kinderfreundliches und sauberes Hotel mit mittelmäßiger, etwas in die Jahre gekommener Ausstattung. Das Buffet erfüllt seinen Zweck. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, der nahe Strand in den Ferienzeiten sehr voll, aber sicher und sauber.

Lage und Personal hervorragend. Essen schlecht, große Auswahl, aber alles geschmacklos. Scheint sehr auf britische Bedürfnisse abgestimt zu sein. (Vor 8 Jahren war gab es in diesem Hotel die besten Buffets, die ich kannte)

Excellent friendly staff. Great location for a quiet holiday next to a great beach. The hotel has a good swimming pool. The food selections through out the day are very good with lots of options. Sea view rooms are fantastic. Easy transport links to other places.

L’hôtel est super! L’emplacement est de toute beauté. Le personnel très gentil et parle plusieurs langues. Les chambres sont décorés avec goût et elles sont très confortables. La chambre où j’étais par contre le climatisateur fesait du bruit mais la climatisation était adéquate. La pression de l’eau dans la douche était parfaite. Nous avons mangé quelques fois au buffet et la nourriture était bonne mais sans plus. Nous avons remarqué aussi le manque de transat pour tous le monde autour de la piscine. Le plus gros point négatif qui ne met pas l’hôtel en cause c’est le manque de taxis pour se déplacé à l’extérieur de Camp de Mar et au port d’Andraxt.

Short family holiday
The hotel facilities and location were excellent, just as described. Lots of different areas to relax in either by the pool, on the roof terrace or on the beach. We went in mid September, so not sure how crowded it could get in high summer. This was our first experience of all inclusive. The food was all self service, buffet style. Plenty of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks available at the pool bar at certain times. Drinks available all day. Entertainment every night, a bit hit and miss and limited daytime activities. Overall, we had a great family holiday but wouldn’t stay longer than a week, as the one dining room could get a little monotonous

The all inclusive isn’t truly all inclusive. Food/beverages are only select items. You have to pay to use the hotels garage. You have to pay to use the safe in the hotel room. Outside of breakfast, the food in the main dining room (the buffet) is gross. We ended up eating out for dinner each night. The room we got looked at the grass rooftop and could not even see the water, only the 2nd floor pool deck. I would stay somewhere else if I came back to Mallorca.

Servicio pésimo y descontrol total. Dos días ni nos limpiaron la habitación. Comidas y cenas pésimas y mal cocinadas. Como es posible hacer tan mal las paellas. Buffet nada variado, todos los días lo mismo y de pésima calidad. Comida de batalla ultracongelada. No volveremos.

Hotellet var slitet och inte ett 4* hotell utan ett 3* hotell. Det fanns bara en pool och inomhuspoolen är stängd vid högsesong. Det fanns inga solstolar kvar när poolen öppna det var redan upptagna med handdukar där folk bara har pantat dem. Detta är väldigt stort hotell och en pool blir för litet för alla gäster och volymen blir hög. Matsalen är oxå ett icke ljudisolerad ställe. Maten smakar samma vad du än äter och väljer allinclusive blir man rätt trött på maten. Fin sandstrand men så full med folk. Servicen var bra av personalen. Gymet var litet och slitet. Spa delen var inte så fräsch heller. Bilderna på hotellet stämmer inte så bra in på det man kommer till.

О плюсах рассказано много, озвучу лишь минусы. В отеле воруют! Из чемодана вытащили комплект нижнего белья Виктории сикрет, жена так и не поносила, свистнули прямо с бирками. И из кармана брюк пропало 50 евро. Брюки висели в шкафу. Ещё не понравилось, что с диванчиков у пляжа выгоняют с 17-30, мол убока перед вечером, которая начинается в 20-00. И в этот промежуток фиг сядешь.((( никогда не думал, что можно испортить морепродукты, оказывается можно!!! Рыба пресная, без соли и специй, креветки безумно пересолены, ребёнок так и не смог их есть, мясо почти всегда жесткое. Все остальное хорошо. Советую брать машину и тогда скучно не будет. Омрачила немного вода с цветущими водорослями , правда недолго , вонь у пристани с запахом канализации и фиолетовые медузы, которые очень жалят. Ожог у жены пока так и не прошёл.( ездили купаться на другие пляжи, вечером также уезжали пошопиться. В принципе знали куда едем, омрачило лишь воровство.

ビーチも近いし、プールもあるので家族連れでの滞在には良いかもです。 レストランで三食提供されるのでのんびりできます。 毎日メニューが変わってるのも良かったです。 プールサイドのベンチは無料で使用できますが、朝早くからバスタオルを置いてみんな場所を取るようで、10時過ぎごろにプールに行くともうベンチが空いてませんでした。 あと、毎日催物があります。子供向けのもあり楽しいです。 部屋のセキュリティボックスは使用するのに一日辺り3ユーロ必要です。 駐車場はホテルのガレージを使用すると有料ですが、周辺に公共の駐車場があり無料で使用できますが、空きスペースを探すのが少し大変です。 一つだけ残念だったことは最終日はチェックアウト時間が正午までなのに9時頃から部屋の清掃を始められてのんびり出来ませんでした。 チェックアウトしてからの清掃ではダメだったのでしょうか。

Tolles Zimmer mit Blick in Bucht. Megafreundliche Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen, ob Service, Rezeption, Zimmerservice und Animation. Großes Büfett Morgens und Abends mit wechselnden Themenabenden. - Kein Parkplatz vorhanden. Wir kommen aber auf jeden Fall wieder.
