Mai più!!!!!!
Parto con l'unica nota positiva, a due passi dal mare. Per il resto una delusione unica: tripla con letto aggiuntivo attaccato al balcone per cui non si poteva neanche aprire la finestra. Camere un po' datate e odore persistente di stantio. Prenotato camera vista mare e piú che il mare si vedeva la tettoia, una delusione unica!!! Ci siamo lamentate e ci hanno ignorato e detto che se volevamo potevamo andare via. Alla faccia della professionalita'!!!! Animazione solo per clientela tedesca e cibo "pessimo" a dir poco. Ripetitivo: sempre e solo pollo e merluzzo e pure non cotto o presentato male. Un tre stelle che non ne vale neanche la metà. Ci tengo però a precisare, essendo stata in un altro hipotels, che non sono tutti così.... probabilmente questo hotel è semplicemente gestito male.

Close to the beach Nice swimming pool even small pool for babies Facilities for impaired people. Clean. Very good staff. A lot of services available even daily doctor presence. The new rooms are very comfy and with a lot of space and balcony with enough room. Possibility to get sea towels with a deposit.

Wir waren in dem Hotel für 4 Nächte. Der Service und die Sauberkeit waren sehr gut. Leider war das Hotel sehr hellhörig, die Zimmer etwas veraltet. Die Speisenauswahl zum Frühstück und Abendessen war relativ groß, alllerdings mangelte es etwas an der Qualität. Allen im allen war der Aufenthalt ok für den Preis den wir bezahlt haben.

Eine sehr gutes Hotel, dirk an der Promenade und an einen sehr schönen Strand gelegen, der Pool war auch nicht schlecht, wenn auch häufiger verschaltet. Auffällig war die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Sauberkeit überall im Hotel und das Buffet war sehr gut und wurde in 8 Tagen noch nicht langweilig. Größtes Manko sind die nur zwei Fahrstühle.

Het hotel is zeker een 10 waard. Wij hadden een kamer met zeezicht in het voorste gebouw op de 4de verdieping. De kamer was schoon en niets op aan te merken. ( de kamer was wel een beetje dateert, wat geen afbreuk deed) Het gebouw met uitzicht op het zwembad ziet er moderner uit. Het zwembad is mooi en ligt tussen de 2 gebouwen in, met genoeg ligbedden in de tijd dat wij er verbleven ( mei ) Het ontbijt en diner, beiden in buffetvorm waren bijzonder gevarieerd, voor ieder wat wils naar mijn mening, goed verzorgt en altijd aangevuld. Er werd ook elke avond een andere specialiteit aangeboden en er was variatie in de gerechten. Het personeel was attent, behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk in de eetzaal. De bar was tevens goed verzorgd en gezellig, ook hier was het aanbod groot en het personeel vriendelijk. Na het diner was er elke avond animatie in de bar, de ene keer een muzikant of bingo of een zangeres en voor ons als hoogtepunt , 3 dames die flamingo dansten , wat een show, prachtig. De receptie en de baliemedewerkers verdienen ook een 10, vriendelijk, behulpzaam en snel. Wij hadden een heerlijk verblijf 😊

Nice place, felt welcoming...
Lobby was really posh and looked updated recently, elevators and room gave away that this was an old hotel infact. Plenty of the typical crowd in such establishement which was anticipated. Living their holiday "in house" Service was very good overall. Sadly no fridge in the room which was a minus. Had a late decision to go for the in hotel buffet which was not really worth it. Breakfast was included in our price and was ok, also a buffet, with the usual.

No han cumplido con mis expectativas y NADA RECOMENDABLE salvo por su personal que son estupendos y su ubicación. Positivo: Buena ubicación, buen wifi, personal del hotel muy amable sobretodo en recepción y en el comedor en especial a Juana; buenas vistas al mar en el edificio antiguo y buen protocolo covid. Negativo: cucarachas en habitación, comida muy básica y calidad media, bebidas no incluidas en precio, habitaciones mal insonorizadas, sobretodo las que dan a la piscina.

I was very disappointed with the poor treatment we were given from some of the hotel staff. The air conditioner in our room was not working when we arrived and they wanted us to stay overnight in this hot room after traveling 10 hours. They refused to give us another room. Eventually, it was fixed in a short time. Our bed sheets were not changed throughout our stay (7 days). I purchased my own. They did not provide soap or shampoo. The room was not swept nor vacuumed. The safe did not work. It’s a no frills hotel. If you wanted an iron or a pool towel you had to pay for it. The floor light outside our room did not work. You had to walk in the dark to the elevator. We pointed these things and nothing was done. I didn’t want to ruin my vacation, so I said nothing more. The hotel is right across the street, which was a plus. I do not recommend this hotel. Stay at your own risk.

We are sorry that you have felt bad at the hotel, the sheets and towels are changed every 3 days, the rooms are cleaned daily. The pool towels are with deposit at the end when you return the towels the money is returned The safe has to be activated at reception.

Very good 3* hotel, better than some 4* hotels I had previously stayed in. Delicious food and great variety, with a huge buffet of sweets and deserts. Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Great localisation (we had a sea view room on the 4th floor, and a breathtaking view towards the sea). Very comfortable beds (the mattresses seemed new). Air conditioning working very well, despite the hot weather outside. I would definitely recommend it.

Am Anreisetag mussten wir für eine Nacht leider in ein anderes Hotel doch das gebuchte Hotel Don Juan hat uns die Übernachtung sowie die Taxi fahrt übernommen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber jedoch in die Jahre gekommen (nicht weiter schlimm) das Zimmer wurde täglich sehr sauber gereinigt. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und war einfach traumhaft. Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum und nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer im 8.Stock war traumhaft. Die Lage war auch sehr gut und es die Parkplatzsuche war problemlos. Beim Frühstücksbuffet konnte man leicht satt werden, besonders war dieses jedoch sicherlich nicht. Für den Preis kann man dort aber keine kritik üben.

Gutes Strandhotel, kleine Schwächen
Die Lage des Hotels ist toll. Erste Lage am Strand und unmittelbar an der Einkaufspromenade (Rückseite des Anbaus). Ich kannte das Hotel von früher. Es gibt den hochgebauten (alten) Hauptteil, in welchem sich z.B. die Bar und das Restaurant befinden. Und es gibt den Anbau, welcher durch den Pool vom Hauptgebäude getrennt ist und hinter diesem liegt. Erfreulicherweise ist der Anbau renoviert worden und ist mit früher nicht zu vergleichen, alles neu. Pool und Poolbar sowie Liegebereiche zwischen den Gebäuden ok. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Kinder ist dieses Hotel nicht so geeignet, wenn man speziellen Wert auf Kinderanimation legt. Die Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants sind angemessen und sogar etwas länger wie in anderen Hotels der Umgebung. Der Service im Restaurant ist leider nicht so wie man erwarten sollte und dabei war Nebensaison. Wenn man etwas später essen geht, kann es vorkommen dass die verschmutzte Tischdecke nicht gewechselt wird. Obwohl ich die Kellnerin ansprach und anzeigte diesen Tisch zu nehmen. Ebenfalls das ich kein Besteck sowie Serviette erhielt, sondern mir dieses aus dem Kellner Wagen holen musste. Nach dem Getränkewunsch wurde nicht gefragt. Ein Live cooking gibt es weder zum Frühstück (z.B. Omelett frisch mit Zutaten nach Wahl) noch zum Abendbrot. Nur alles auf Warmhalteplatten. Positiv war, dass sich der Chef meiner Beschwerde annahm und dies mit dem Personal besprochen hat. Ich hoffe auf Besserung bei meinem nächsten Besuch.

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft.
Kein Kühlschrank und kein Tresor auf dem Zimmer gehabt. Jedoch tolle Lage direkt an Strand. Um einen Partyurlaub zu machen ideal. Wir gesagt zweckmäßig aber nix besonders. Halt 3 Sterne nach spanischer Kategorie.

OK+, utsikt mot havet anbefales!
Helt OK hotell som har veldig fin beliggenhet rett ved stranden. Vi hadde rom med havutsikt, og fikk da flott utsikt rett på stranden og strandpromenaden, ba om høyeste etasje, fikk 3. etasje (av 8), men ok utsikt likevel. Positivt: Bra WIFI, bra frokost, bra beliggenhet, bra renhold. Negativt: Ingen minibar/kjøleskap. Må kjøpe egen håndsåpe, dusjsåpe osv. (De kaller såpen du får ved innsjekk for "gave", vær obs på at når den er tom må du kjøpe nytt selv, noe vi ALDRI tidligere har opplevd på hotell). De tilbyr transfer til flyplass, men da vi skulle hjem fikk vi bare ett valg, hvor vi da hadde vært på flyplassen nesten 4 timer før avgang.. De sa taxi ville koste 80-85 euro, vi betalte 97 euro (takstameter). OK+ hotell!
