Può dare di più!
L'hotel è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare l'isola, vicino all'aeroporto. Il personale non impeccabile, alla reception non c'era mai nessuno. Pulizie delle camere da rivedere, come anche la colazione "monotema". Nel complesso per pochi giorni va bene ma non è proprio consigliabile per una lunga vacanza. Positiva l'area condizionata e la doccia.

Will visit again!
I cannot recommend enough this hotel enough. They had by far the best customer service of any of the hotels we stayed at during our 11-day trip to Europe. When we got there, they told us that they had upgraded our room from an interior room to a beachfront room for free! Then when we told the front desk that we would be leaving very early in the morning and asked what would be the best way to get to the airport, they immediately scheduled a taxi for us and then told us they would leave to-go breakfast bags at the desk for us since we'd be leaving earlier than their breakfast hours. The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view and the front desk was incredibly helpful. The beach was right outside our room and there was a gelato shop right next to the hotel. I'd love to go back to Mallorca and I definitely plan to stay at the Saulo Beach Hotel when I do!

Nos dieron una habitación pequeña, en la parte trasera que estaba junto a la salida de la chimenea de la cocina, con todos los olores que eso conlleva y tener que tener cerrada la ventana y no pider usar la terraza.

Boutique Beach Hotel with excellent location, nice room balconies, awesome sea views and very friendly staff. The hotel is pet friendly and our Shih Tzu loved it as much as we did.

Too hard to get sleep
The reception was polite and friendly. We felt very welcome. We did not sleep though. The hotel has very thin walls and the noice from the street and other guests are very clear - and all through the night. Unfortunately. It’s a shame because the location is nice.

Little gem of a hotel!
Super little hotel which we discovered about 6 years ago & have been back many times. Staff are just so helpful, cleanliness & service is superb! Less than 5 minutes by taxi from the airport & right on the beach front. Would not stay anywhere else! 👍

Die Lage ist ideal für Spaziergänge am Meer, für Surfer, zum Schwimmen, ideale Busverbindungen nach Palma. Ich kenne den Irt und habe ihn dazu bewusst gewählt. Das Hotel ist jedoch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt nicht mehr die gute Küche wie vor 6 Jahren, keine warmen Decken mehr für die Nacht, die Toiletten wurden unzureichend gereinigt, im Restaurant eher unfreundliche Bedienung. Aber in den Lokalen am Irt sind immer noch einige sehr gute dabei.

beautifully located hotel on beach front with amazing views , staff were very friendly , rooms were basic and you could hear next door , I had a bad cough and must have disturbed my neighbours so sorry .The showers were great very powerful.

I dont know if the fault lies with Expedia or the hotel, but for the record this hotel does NOT have a car park, despite the Expedia page saying "parking included" and "on site parking". You have to park on one of the back streets behind the hotel, if youre lucky enough. Lady on the check in desk was bery friendly, room was fairly standard, but fine for what we paid really. Wouldn’t want to spend more than a couple of nights though, but it suited our needs (except for the lack of car park).

Amazing location - right on the beach. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful on the reception desk and in the restaurant. Food excellent. Slightly tired bathroom and it could have done with more shelves. also some drawers for storage would be useful in the bedroom.

Okay for a short last minute
The location is great, the view is top. The hotel itself is kinda low budget. Cleaners start to make noise at very early morning, walls are made out of "paper". Bathroom is worn. Breakfast was exactly the same all 5 mornings with very little variety. Stuff is kind and helpful, lobby looks up to date but rooms could use a face lift. Bed was soft and the mattrace must have been used since a long time as it had a hole made by the weight of houndreds of previous guests. All-in-all okay for this trip and price but no next time.

Not what you expect (in a bad way)
The booking was for a twin room, not a TWIN BED. YES you are reading it right, the hotel just gave us a single bed, not a double bed, not a king size bed a single bed!!! I havent been sleeping with someone that close since my years in university lol Friendly staff but I paid for a twin room for two people (I even double checked my reservation). Not worth the money at all

Phantastischer Ausblick
Kurzurlaub mit Halbpension. Das Hotel trägt 3 Sterne zu Recht. Das Zimmer (Deluxe-Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick) ist einfach eingerichtet, mit separater Toilette und Dusche. Das Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt. Schränke sind zum Aufbewahren der Kleidung genügend vorhanden. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse des Zimmers im obersten Stock! Man sitzt quasi gefühlt am Strand, der Ausblick ist wunderschön! Hier kann man/frau z.B. den Abend bei einem Glas Wein ruhig ausklingen lassen. Dies hebt meine Wertung auf das Maximale. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist ausreichend, aber nichts besonderes. Das angebotene Abendessen wird im dazu gehörigen Restaurant “Il forno via mare” à la carte eingenommen, d.h. es gibt die volle Auswahl an italienischen Speisen, mit Vorspeise und Dessert. Getränke müssen bezahlt werden, sind aber nicht teuer, die Auswahl an Weinen bietet auch mallorquinische Weine, auch Sangria ist als leichter Begleiter erschwinglich. Viel Essen für den Aufpreis der Halbpension. Der nahe gelegene Flughafen ist kaum zu vernehmen und stört den Schlaf überhaupt nicht. Bushaltestellen nach Palma sind innerhalb von 4 Minuten erreichbar, gut für Ausflüge. Insgesamt eine erfreuliche Erfahrung.

Los empleados amables, pero echarte la siesta imposible, se ponen en las escaleras de metal que dan a la habitación a hablar y se escuchaba cómo subían y bajaban y golpes. La limpieza normal. El plato de ducha al ducharte se salía todo el agua por mucho que fueras con cuidado. La media pensión: el desayuno de baja calidad y la cena muy repetitiva. La ubicación muy bien pero sinceramente no repetiría.

Great Experience
Even though the room was small, it was comfortable to our liking. The price was great with the view of the whole beach. Free breakfast was great and they cleaned the room daily. We also arrived early and were able to get in the room within 2 hours and they safe guard your bags, so you can go to the beach or sight see while waiting for the room. Overall experience was great for the price.

Som Saulo som hotellet hed for år tilbage, hedder nu Saulo Beach hotel. Det er så også det eneste der er fornyet på hotellet. Fik værelse med skimmelsvamp, fik et andet værelse efter 2 dage. Der er ingen køleskab på værelset, men vi fik dog et som kompensation for det med skimmelsvampen (en nødvendighed i 32 graders varme ) Væggene er papirstynde og alt kan høres. Det bedste man kan sige om hotellet er beliggenheden og det fantastiske personale. Can Pastilla er et dejligt område og vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage, men det bliver et andet hotel

Perfect location and great value for money
Stayed for 17 nights. Perfect location! Beach and sunset views top notch. Everything you need is a walk away. Quiet little spot away from the more rowdy areas further East. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Italian restaurant is excellent- pizzas are very Italian authentic. Restaurants nearby are numerous and great value. Bus to airport is 5 Euro, bus to Palma only 2 Euro. Bottles of nice wine from Supermarkets nearby from 4 Euro. Only negatives are that a room modernization is needed and the manager told us this is planned soon. Other points to note are that Covid mask wearing was unfortunately not 100% followed by guests and staff alike and no-one was enforcing it. Some guests had no mask at all in the breakfast buffet and many staff also only covered their mouth and don't cover their nose. Noise does tend to travel through the hotel at night - inner corridor, aircon units drilled holes in wall and bathroom ventilation holes. Other than those points this hotel is excellent value and we definitely recommend it..

Geweldige locatie vlak aan het strand.
Geweldig uitzicht op zee vanaf 5e verdieping. Uitstekend Italiaans restaurant en zeer klantvriendelijk. Als je niet van Italiaans eten houdt, moet je niet halfpension of all inclusive boeken.

Ok for a one night stay
The hotel is on the beach, close to some restaurants. It was ok for a one night stay: the room was small, with 2 windows looking at the emergency exit and at another room. The bed was old and making noise at every little movement. Breakfast was ok.

Terrasse med direkte udsigt til hav - roligt sted.
Fantastisk beliggenhed lige ned til stranden. Skøn italiensk restaurant i bunden af hotellet med gode pizzaer. Personalet var imødekommende og servicemindede. God morgenmadsbuffet. Rolig beliggenhed med fokus på vandet - tæt på den lokale surferskole, hvorfor der var god aktivitet på vandet for kite, surf og SUP. Værelserne havde desværre ikke køleskab - billeder på hotels.com var ikke retvisende.
