The facilities are amazing when traveling with kids. Lots of different activities available to keep you and your kids entertained. However, the food and the food variety are very disappointing. If you’re not picky or don’t care about the food/drinks, this place would be a 5/5. If you do, I rate it a 3/5 because of how disappointing the food was.

Waren dieses Jahr schon zum 3 Mal im Otium. Waren in den letzten beiden Jahren sehr zufrieden. Dieses Jahr war es auch gut, aber nicht mehr auf dem Niveau der letzten beiden Jahren. Die Aufmerksamkeit des Personal war schwächer als in den Vorjahren Auch die Küchen Leistung war biederer, als zuvor. Es fehlte was. (Küchenchef habe ich dieses Jahr nicht gesehen)

Great place to stay with kids. Good service, friendly staff. Not much to do outside the hotel, although you needn’t leave. Food was good but a bit samey after a week. Plent of drinks available

It had everything for a family holiday. Some of tge staff could have been a bit more helpful. If you ask for something, they just point it to you to DIY. The reception staff, bell boys were great. We have a few issues and they resolved it. The manager also agreed we can check out late which was good.

Cet hôtel est parfaitement adapté pour les familles notamment celles avec de jeunes enfants. Il y a de nombreuses activités qui y sont proposées et des spectacles différents tous les soirs. La nourriture est très bonne bonne et variée. La chambre est spacieuse et la literie confortable.

Dear Nurullah, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunateley we recieved your complaint after your stay. Just for your information: after huge fire in 2021 in our region we lost 80% of our forrest near by. So ants, flyes and many type of animals are without their home. As a Hotel administration we all the time kindly ask people to do not take food and drinks to the rooms which is also caused pest. Best regards

Memnun kaldık. Herşey güzeldi.
Bayram tatilinde ailecek konakladık, son derece kibar ve ilgili personele sahip bir otel. Aile odası rezervasyonumuz vardı fakat daha müsait olduğu için bize daha geniş olan villa tipi oda tahsis edildi, ilk girişte böyle bir jest bizi mutlu etti. Tüm çalışanlar gayet kibar ve ilgili, yemek kalitesi gayet yerinde. Otelin genel temizliği ve bakımlı oluşu bizi memnun etti. Gece şovları ve gün içi aktiviteler güzeldi. Otel daha çok çocuklu ailelere yönelik bir otel içerisinde minik bir lunapark bile var bu yüzden ortalıkta çok fazla çocuk görürsünüz özelliklede 0-6 yaş çok fazlaydı. Odalar biraz eski ve plaja uzak yine de bizim için güzel bir tatil oldu.

Avec nos trois ados (17,14,12 ans), nous avons passé les deux semaines des vacances de Toussaint à l’hôtel Otium Family Eco club. Un temps magnifique, nous avons été accueilli par une équipe serviable et professionnelle tant à l’animation, la restauration qu’à la réception. La chambre est confortable, bonne literie, mini bar (eau, coca, fantaisie), plateau boissons chaudes, serviettes de plage et de toilettes à disposition. Le chemin pour aller la plage est sympa. Il y avait des animations sympa le soir… c’est un hôtel à taille humaine. Merci à Meltem (Guest service en français), à Yesim, à Eray… et pleins d’autres que j’oublie … nous sommes rentrés bronzés et reposés ! Nous vous recommandons l’hôtel !

Хороший отель для семейного отдыха. Есть оборудованные площадки для детей разных возрастов. Улучшенный номер большой и комфортный. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Сантехника не старая. Ресторан большой и вместительный, есть детский ресторанчик (есть все для мам и младенцев). В течение недели представлены разные кухни (турецкая, славянская, японская и прочее) Wi-fi ловит по всей территории. До пляжа идти 7 минут прогулочным шагом, вдоль озера с уточками. Для ленивых - трансфер. На территории пляжа есть буфет. в наличии еда, фрукты, мороженное, напитки и вода. Много шезлонгов, волейбольная площадка, детская площадка. Так же на территории отеля есть бассейны (детские и для взрослых 18+), несколько горок, различные активности, магазинчики. Персонал очень приветливый, всегда рад помочь. Рекомендую… особенно если вы стесняетесь, когда ребенок громко плачет или разбрасывает еду… вы будите не одиноки 😄 возможно еще и обзаведетесь новыми знакомыми)

Хороший отель.
Отель очень хороший. Много бассейнов, есть крытый бассейн с подогреваемой водой. Территория ухоженная. Много разнообразной еды. Только море далеко. Надо ехать на автобусе или идти пешком. Почти всегда большие волны.

Приятный отдых, но немного омраченный
В целом замечательный отель: понравилась детская кухня с гречкой, большие и чистые номера, отличный интернет на всей территории и у пляжа, классные аниматоры и достаточно большая площадка для детей в отеле и на пляже, прогулка вдоль озера и тд. Не понравилась ну очень громкая вечерняя анимация в отеле через озеро почти до 12 ночи. Ложились спать с закрытой дверью, но тут можно наверно выбирать или просить номер с видом на озеро и громкую музыку, или с видом на внутренний дворик потише. Ещё огорчил последний день пребывания, когда все отравились, не знаю что это было, может море, может арбуз, может акклиматизация. Врач при отеле взял по страховке с нас франшизу 50 долларов и ещё 30 за лекарства - пребиотик и что то от тошноты, сказал, что диарея. А так до того, как отравились было хорошо.

Çok güzel bir aile oteli
 Otel odalari cok guzel, aktiviteleri ve fiziksel imkanları nedeniyle gordugum en guzel aile otellerinden biri. Plaj çok güzel. Restoranda çocuk masa sandalyeleri olması, lobi tuvaletinde basamak olması, oda kapısına asmak için ‘Bebek uyuyor, sessiz olun’ yazısı hazırlanmış olması gibi küçük ama anlamlı şeylerden etkilendik. Kids World personeli hariç personel sevecen ve yardımsever. Tek eleştirim bu bölümde çalışanlara, 4 personelden 3’ü felaket asık suratlı davrandı. Ayrıca ‘Merhaba’ dahi demeden ve gülümsemeden çocuğun direkt mıncıklanarak gıdıklanmasını çok rahatsız edici buldum. Aynı arkadaş kızımın başındaki tacı alıp kendi kafasına taktı ve biz giderken isteyince lütfeder şekilde geri verdi (Asık yüzüyle ‘Yes, you can take it’ diyerek). Bunlar dışında özellikle Ramazan Bey, Mertcan Bey, Kids Buffet personeline (Yemek dağıtan ve serviste çalışan tüm arkadaşlara) ve Housekeeping ekibine extra teşekkür ederiz. Mooi omgeving met veel groenvoorzieningen, die ook goed onderhouden worden. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en denkt graag mee bij vragen en hulp. Eten is heel divers en smaakvol. Een leuke toptijd gehad bij Otium!!
