YOUR TROPICAL PARADISE AWAITS. Boasting turquoise canal views, this waterfront resort villa is the ideal Keys getaway. Ideally located on Duck Key between Islamorada and Marathon at the renowned Hawks Cay Resort, the vacation rental is just over 10 miles from Florida Keys Marathon Airport. Enjoy the private outdoor space with the plunge pool, patio, balcony, and porch. Recently updated with coastal furnishings, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa includes central air, free WiFi, TVs with cable, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer.

Rent paddleboards, kayaks, jet skis, and more onsite through the resort.

Complimentary day passes to the nearby ocean-front Cabana Club in Marathon are also included.

SLEEPS 6 COMFORTABLY. GREAT FOR COUPLES, FAMILIES, HONEYMOONERS, FISHERMEN, GIRLS' WEEKEND! EACH BEDROOM HAS A FULL BATH WITH QUEEN BED AND TV. SLEEPER SOFA QUEEN.

***Please note: This is a privately owned villa and does not participate in the Hawk's Cay Rental Program. The amenities provided by Hawk's Cay are not included with this rental. You can use amenities that are open to the public such as the Tiki Bar, Angler and Ale restaurant, and the Dolphin Encounter ( additional fees will apply) but not the swimming pools, child care center, gym, etc. Please ask for clarification if required.***

If you are bringing a boat please call Duck Key Marina at 305 - 289 - 0161 or Grassey Key Marina at 305 - 922- 2665 and arrange to store the boat and trailer there. Boats and trailers cannot be stored at the villa. The boardwalk behind the villa can be used for loading and unloading only. Boats cannot be moored there.

Local attractions include Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital, Aquarium Encounters, and Robbie's. Long Key, Curry Hammock, & Bahia Honda State Park Beaches are close by. Tilden's Dive Shop in Marathon is open and booking snuba, snorkeling & dive trips.

Great property, excellent location, very well maintained. Enjoyed our stay, Marc was very easy to work with, excellent communication and very responsive. My only criticism is the bathrooms are a bit small, but everything else was perfect.

Great getaway
The villa was beautiful in a beautiful resort area. Near so many activities. We enjoyed the use of the Cabana Club private pool and beach not too far away. We were disappointed that the dock behind the villa was closed. The resort needs to do some repairs to it. The villa had everything we needed to cook occasionally during our stay. Mark and Tracy made sure we were taken care of and responded quickly when needed.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay in this home with pretty views of the water. It was perfect for our family of 3. The owners are very responsive. To no fault of their own, the island had a water main break and we had no water for a while and the owners offered to help us in any way possible. The location was great, places to eat within walking distance. Beds were comfortable, the place was clean and my daughter enjoyed the pool while we sipped coffee and planned the days adventure. The only negative thing is that we could not get hot water in the upstairs bedroom shower so we all used the hallway bathroom shower.
