I would like to apologize for not meeting your expectations while you were staying with us. We have new hangers (due to Covid) that go on your door if you need housekeeping services during your stay. If we don't see that on your door we do not bother our guests. There is always some on the front desk if you need them we are sorry you were not told about this during check in.
