Beautiful location
The apartment is clean and comfortable. The views are amazing. The setting is very quiet and tranquil. The owners are very friendly, but learn Italian if you want to have a conversation. Would recommend to all unless mobility is an issue.

Lovely location
Stayed here for a week my our family of 4 (16 and 11yr old). Had a fabulous time as the location is good for Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum etc.. The villa is lovely and spacious, with all you need on hand. We've never shared a property before, and this property has 3 rentals attached. This was no issue at all though, met 2 beautiful English families here and all the children got on SO well, made memories for life! Only a couple of watch outs for this property 1) shopping! Only a couple of small shops available, and these are a car drive away - best one is Conad, just as you enter Sorrento. 2) The Climb! Property is not accessible by car, you have to climb the last 100m, so take a ruck sack for shopping... milk & pop can get heavy! And 3) The family that own this property also live here.. on the middle floor. They were up early (!) like 7am every morning, and were extremely loud, so don't expect to lie in :( . It felt a little awkward and felt like we were intruding, when the whole Italiana family were at the pool each day, this is why we will not be staying here again I am afraid. As I say... sharing a property with other families renting was no issue at all, but sharing with the owners family... hmm awkward! And far from ideal I am afraid. Therefore rating is 3/5.

Good to hear you had a fabulous time ! Pity you did not mention the loud noises coming from the owner's apartment at 07:00 a.m.to our local agents, this could have been sorted out immeddiately. Since reading your comments, we have contacted owner and querried their going to the s.pool every day, owner has confirmed that her eldest daughter with her 2 little children were by the s.pool on the Sunday afternoon and left for Rome that evening. Owner has also shown our agent the damage caused to one of the single mattresses which she has had to throw away - one of your 2 children must have wet the bed ? Result of this local representative / agent has had to pay for a single mattress Do not think you will be missed
