Hotel a Matherville

“Everything was fine except the people staying next to me in room 125. Drama Queen. She screamed and yelled at someone. Stood in the Hallway and screamed and cried. Plus she slammed her hotel room door real hard. All this at 1 am in the morning. ”

“we got a room with a hottub but the tub didnt work. the tissue box was empty,no wash cloths, the room was had lint in it on the floor and edge of the hottub. the phone did not work and the alarm clock did not work. told the clerk about the tub not working. He said push the button but there was no button to push. will never stay there again”

“El hotel no cuenta con elevador y en la app no lo mencionan. En mi caso llevábamos varias maletas grande y me tocó hospedarme en el 2do piso así que tuve que subir mi maleta y al poco tiempo la persona que estaba en recepción me ayudó. La habitación limpia pero NO hacen la limpieza. El desayuno muy sencillo. En cuanto a la ubicación estuvo muy buena ya que estaba muy cerca del aeropuerto y a 1 cuadra del mall y varios restaurantes como Olive Garden, Arbys, KFC.”

“Booked 3 rooms for me and my family for a graduation weekend. I’m going to admit, I was skeptical at first but the place was very clean, staff was friendly and I would stay again. The area around there is sketchy, so not my first choice but for the price it was very affordable, clean and an overall nice stay.”

Suggested i go to Walmart to print something. We were sitting in the lobby reception area chatting before checkout time and a staff member ran the vacuum cleaner right there, even had us move our feet. There is a 4 hour window between check out and check in. Seems like that's when the common areas should be vacuumed, not...

“There were vinyl floors in the whole bedroom. They were dirty and grainy and you could tell they weren't cleaned very well. It was a very odd feeling to wake up and put my feet down onto that. There was a very loud train that ran right off the back of the property that blared the horn all night long. The worst part was that our air conditioner was not working in the room but the hotel was completely booked so my sister and I got to share a box fan for the evening. The room was a humid 75...
