Buon rapporto qualità prezzo
L'hotel è bello e ben curato, i servizi all inclusive sono perfetti, nel senso che non somministrano coktail tirati via ma riescono a soddisfare con professionalità tutte le richieste con rispetto della cura del prodotto preparato. Per tale motivo ai pasti, durante i quali servono ai tavoli non solo le bevande tipiche ma anche i cocktail stessi, il servizio, vista la richiesta, risulta complessivamente un po' lento. Risulta solo un po' antipatico il dovere prenotare tutte le sere il ristorante, anche se si opta per quello principale a buffet, al fine di non finire in orari troppo scomodi. Ottima la copertura dei servizi di ristorazione (pranzo fino alle 15.30) che permette di fare anche qualche escursione senza perdere i pasti pagati. Uniche pecche.... il mare troppo agitato (direi poco caraibico se non fosse per la stupenda spiaggia di sabbia finissima corallina) e un caldo quasi afoso (sicuramente un viaggio fatto in mesi diversi dalla nostra estate non dovrebbe incorrere in tale problema). L'acqua del mare è comunque caldissima e, mare permettendo, si possono fare immersioni di sicuro interesse. Sport acquatici in abbondanza...forse un po' fastidiosi visto l'idiozia degli addetti che amano pavoneggiarsi sfrecciando a breve distanza dalla spiaggia con le moto da acqua.

Front desk greeting, concierge, lovely beach, and good. Snorkeling with turtles over shipwrecks, Jeep rise around the island, safe walk to numerous restaurants, nearby town has fish fry and entertainment not to be missed.

Property around the hotel needs significant repairs and refresh. Very old and dated too. Rooms were quite large though. Some staff were really great, most I encountered were not friendly or helpful at all. Water sports employees were amazing though. Hundreds of birds and their excrement everywhere throughout food service areas. Very unhygienic. Food was very average. Saw multiple staff regularly scrolling on social media. Overall was very disappointed with the hotel - would never stay there again.

This was my 4th stay at Turtle Beach. The staff, dining choices and location are excellent. The resort needs extensive renovations as each room I have stayed in shows a lot of wear and tear. However, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and it is still my preferred hotel in the area.

The food and drinks were good. Our room was clean, and the A/C worked great. The staff were all fantastic. And the beaches were amazing. The fire alarm rang 4 times throughout a 24 hour period which startled us as we were sleeping. We inquired about it the following day at the front desk, but were never told what the issue was. There are 3 restaurants on site, all of which are covered with a roof, but open on all sides (no walls or doors). This allows the birds access to your dining experience. My wife left her plate unattended for a minute to grab a drink, and had a bird land on her plate and pick at her food on two separate occasions. Other than that, it is a nice property, and we enjoyed our time there.

Our Family enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and very clean. Our meals were excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but they could use some remodeling other than that we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

The manager was a wonderful person, but the resort all together is a waste of money and time. It’s very expensive for the food and the service that they provide. Food is very limited and not good. Rooms definitely need upgrades specially the bathrooms

Terrible for accessibility requirements
I would not recommend this resort for anyone with a disability. It appears that this resort has only 1 room suitable for accessibility needs, which was not disclosed when booking. We contacted the resort directly at the time of booking and requested an accessibility room with a walk-in shower, which they promised to reserve for us. However on arrival it was not made available for us. Instead we were presented with a low bath with limited access - the toilet was immediately adjacent to the end of the bath & the shower screen blocked access at the top of the bath. They did provide a stool within the bath, but we still had the negotiate the assault course access to that bath. At least the room was on the ground level, so access to most of the facilities was possible. However the elevator in our wing to the upper floor dining broke down for half of the trip, requiring us to find al alternative elevator in a different wing.

I have been to Barbados a number of times and this is the worst stay. The room was dated, the food was horrible and limited. There was no good entertainment and the beach was rocky. I will never stay at an all inclusive again in Barbados again. The staff was kind and accommodating. The front desk, wait staff and housekeeping was amazing.

Overall our stay was very good. We did have an issue with lack of hot water the first night but it was handled quickly. There was also a leak from the room above that caused a puddle in our room, again handled quickly. My complaint would be that our bathroom needed a major renovation. There were cracks in the ceiling and the tub was in poor condition with old cracked sealer around it. Housekeeping did a nice job each day. The buffets were good and had varieties for everyone, including kids choices. The staff was generally friendly and responsive to any requests.
