Everything was wonderful about this property. Check in was smooth and easy. Room was very nice and clean. Beds were so comfortable. All of the staff was very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was very good also!

מלון מצוין. צוות נחמד מאוד שעוזר בכל דבר. ביקשנו חלב סויה בבוקר ומיד דאגו לנו וכל בוקר חיכה לנו החלב על השולחן. קיבלנו חדר גדול מאוד למרות שהוזמן חדר רגיל. יש במלון חדרים לציוד סקי, חדרים פרטים לשמירת ציוד וכן סאונה מדהימ. מלון ממולץ מאוד במרכז העיירה קרוב מאוד לכל הפעילויות.

Rigtig fint hotel
Vi overnattede en enkelt nat på dette hyggelige hotel, super god service og de var meget gæstfrie og hjælpsomme. Værelset havde alt det vi havde behov for og der var pænt og rent Morgenmaden fylgte med i prisen og udvalget var rigtig fint. Super hyggeligt område med flere spisesteder og butikker.

Skønt hotel med smuk beliggenhed. Vores familieværelse var meget rummeligt, og vi havde direkte udgang til balkonen. Personalets service var rigtig fin, og der var pænt og rent overalt. Eneste “klage” skulle være, at vandet i bruseren var svært at regulere og at wifi var nærmest ikke-eksisterende på værelset. Men det er bittesmå detaljer.

Gutes zentrales Hotel in Mayrhofen
Das Hotel liegt zentral in Mayrhofen. Gute 5 Minuten Gehzeit zur Penken-Kabinenbahn. Das Hotel besteht aus einem verbundenen Alt- und Neubau, wodurch der Zugang aus dem Parkhaus einem Labyrinth ähnelt. Nach 3 Tagen findet man sich langsam zurecht. Wir hatten ein 4 Bett Zimmer zu dritt. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, jedoch für den Preis hätten wir etwas moderneres erwartet. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen und sehr gut. Ebenfalls war der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage enthalten. Wir waren mit einem Elektroauto da und wollten in der TG an der Wallbox laden. Diese wurden jedoch kürzlich gegen zahlungspflichtige Wallboxen ausgetauscht, was zwar kein Problem darstellt, jedoch ist diesbezüglich ein QR-Code zu scannen und der Ladevorgang freizuschalten. Der Imternetempfang ist jedoch leider nicht gegeben! Nun ja, es gestaltete sich schwierig die Wallboxen zu aktivieren, allerdings hat man uns hier nicht im Stich gelassen, sondern stets versucht das Problem zu lösen. Letztlich haben wir das Fahrzeug auch wieder aufladen können. Ich denke die Startschwierigkeiten nach Umstellung der Ladetechnik sollte zeitnah behoben sein und mit WLAN in der TG auch problemlos funktionieren. (Schade finde ich jedoch, dass man in Zeiten zunehmender Elektromobilität von 4 Ladepunkten auf 2 verringert) Im Großen und Ganzen sehr empfehlenswert.
