The modern residence was designed with large expanses of windows in every room to take advantage of the natural light. The open floor plan seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces with comfortable seating areas grouped throughout the home. The two distinct bedroom wings each have three bedrooms, two baths, and a large seating area with a kitchenette to provide privacy and autonomy for guests as desired. 

Each wing offers a king suite with an attached bathroom with a standing shower, heated floors, and double vanity sinks. Along with two secondary bedrooms which can be prepared for guests with a king or two twins. These rooms share a guest bath with a shower-tub combo, heated floors, and double vanity sinks. Luxury bedding, plush robes, and top-quality amenities are available for a lavish stay. Each side also has its own laundry setup.
