This large 2600 square ft house is located on Main Street in Meredith, one of the cutest streets/villages in New Hampshire. You'll be walking distance to everything the village has to offer, including Mills Falls, with easy access to the town docks where you can jump on the pontoon boat your friends and family rented. The house sleeps 12+ and has open areas that make it easy to socialize and enjoy each other's company without feeling cramped. You can walk less than 5 minutes to several amazing high-end restaurants, bars, breakfast nooks, etc. Lake Winnipesaukee is also 5 minutes walking and the public boat launch is right there too. This is a bustling village in the heart of Meredith Bay/ Lake Winnipesaukee.

Meredith Town Docks is right down the street for all the boaters. You can bring your own boat or have fun renting one for however many days you need.

Also close by you'll find a Winery, Brewery, Lake Waukewan, Weirs Beach, a Movie Theater, Supermarket, Historic Seasonal Train and more.

This house is also very close to the best ski resorts and mountains in the area. Hit several ski mountains in just one weekend by staying here.

If you're getting married or attending a wedding at Mills Falls at the Lake than you're in luck because this house is less than a 5 minute walk to the wedding venue. This is the best alternative in town vs staying at the actual hotel.

Truly the best location and best accommodation for a large family or group of friends to experience all that this quintessential New England (All Seasons) Village has to offer.

New years getaway
We stayed for new years and it was such a great time. Everyone had space to hangout, eat and relax. There were many cute shops that were walking distance from the house. Chris was so great and accommodating!

Great weekend stay in NH
Stayed here with a group of friends for a wedding at Church Landing. The house was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Clean and nicely decorated with plenty of beds, 2 living rooms with couch/tvs and walking distance to the lake and cute little town. Chris was a great host and very communicative before we checked in. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Away
Would highly recommend staying here. Chris was extremely helpful before/during/after our stay. The house was clean and there was plenty of room to stay for large groups. The location of the house is perfect as you can walk everywhere. Would not hesitate for a second to stay here again.

Family Event
We stayed for a nearby Chris Stapleton concert and this property was excellent! The proximity to the main winnipesaukee area and the bank of nh pavilion was perfect for our group. Our host was incredibly communicative, accommodating and flexible and I would recommend this property to anyone looking to book for a weekend getaway!

We had a great time in Meredith boating around Lake Winnipesaukee. Loved the sleeping arrangements with multiple options for kids and adults. There are 2 rooms to hang out in, both with 65” (guessing) TVs, for relaxing after a long day swimming and cruising the lake. The kitchen has an island which the kids sat at for their breakfast in the morning. The dining room table is awesome with seating for 12 people. We also loved the washer and dryer because we didn’t have to bring dirty laundry home. The host provided all the necessary supplies one needs when staying there. The absolutely most amazing thing was check in and out hours. Will never find another rental that lets vacationers check in at 11:00 and out at 6:00. For that reason alone we will be returning next summer.
