Great location, good value. Be patient checking in
The check in process was a little chaotic, but we were prepared for that. The description clearly states that you check in at a different location than the apartment building. Unfortunately Memorial Day weekend had streets blocked and getting around to the correct apartment after checking in was difficult. But that's due to the city closing streets off. The apartment was well sized, clean, and the kitchen was beyond stocked with everything we could need. These are older Miami buildings so there are stairs and not an elevator so be prepared to carry stuff. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The location from Lincoln Rd and the beach were perfect. We would rent from them again.

Let me say its the it was the 728 collins avenue apt and rear facing to ocean drive buildings back of the kitchens. Windows face the buildings aside it so no view. Bedroom faces back of restaraunts. From 6 am you will hear dump trucks and yelling no sleep for 4 days. But one block from the beach that was worth it.. No dosh washer as mentioned. Bathroom bad shape. Floor in kitchen is sinking with huge gap under main door. Sofa bed broken.

Thank you for your review, we did everything in our power to accommodate you. Firstly, the listing never advertised that there was an ocean view at this property, only an excellent location for a price value.if its ocean view , it wont be the low price Further, the listing never said there was a dish washer, only a clothes washer and dryer. This is a quiet building, and the back alley is normally not a noise issue, and we have not received any complaints from prior guests about noise. We have not received complaints about the sofa bed from previous guests either; you said the sofa was "broken", then on the same day we sent the maintenance man to address the issue, and you did not let address the issue. I am sorry you had a pre-existing back problem, and it turned out you wanted us to buy a new sofa or new mattress for sofa , we didnt because the sofa bed comfort lever will nerve good as normal bed it wont solve your back problem . Finally, we offered to provide you with a 2 bedroom, but you wanted a free upgrade, which was not appropriate. We always seek the satisfaction of our guests, and we sincerely want our guests to enjoy their stay.

The check in/out process was interesting. We basically checked ourselves in/out because no one was in the office even though we arrived during business hours. The place & location made up for it though and we would work with this company again

This was the worst stay I have ever had in my Entire life I recommend Expedia takes them off their site from not having air conditioning in 90 degree weather to a filthy pull out couch where two guests were supposed to sleep, no linens or towels provided freshly you’re allowed One cleaning service and there were roaches everywhere!!! Do not stay here!!!!

It was a good price clean place located close to beach and places to eat tv was lacking beds uncomfortable. Table small and too many decorations on dinning room table to use it properly. Hallway smelled terrible. I give it a 6

Yes, perfect location and very clean. The unit is situated just steps from the beach. Many of the South Beach most popular restaurants and entertainment in the area. I didn't need a thing. I even found sugar in the pantry. I will be booking in the future! :)

This apartment is in the perfect location for walking to the beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The apartment was very clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and other toiletries as well as extra bedding. The wi-fi was great to have including access to smartTV apps to catchup on shows before hitting the streets to explore and hangout. The owner called to inquire of our needs and if more was needed; she sent her assistant with extra towels and to follow-up if we needed anything. The cabinets were stocked with pots, pans, dishes, a coffeemaker and toaster. My only suggestion is to provide a larger ironing board as the travel size ironing board caused us to have to squat and bend over to iron. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! I would definitely book this spot again and truly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami and wanting to be in the middle of it all.

The property seemed renovated and I love that the hallways have great air conditioning. I can tell they are trying to improve over time. Even though it does not have a balcony or is a five star hotel, it was a very great, comfy space that has everything you need! It smelled good and the apartment was clean and spacious.

I do not reccommend this location to anyone. The owners are deceptive. When I arrives in Miami I had to go to one location to get key, and then discoveredThe location is in a seedy neighborhood over a liquor store.The unit was filthy and dirty, I wanted a refund but they refused to give it to me.So my wife and I was forced to find another suitable location. Hotels.com should never do business with this owner. I emplore who ever reads this DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS OWNER

Vous avez fait du surbooking au lieu d’avoir notre bel appartement que nous avions déjà payé en totalité vous nous avez mis dans un appartement bas de gamme plein de moisissure dans la salle de bain avec fenêtres occultées avec des autocollants nous avions aucune vue sur l’extérieur. Nous avions essayé de vous contacter à plusieurs reprises et à chaque fois le téléphone coupait. Vraiment la honte une compensation juste s’impose.

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament z lokalizacja praktycznie przy samym Ocean Drive i plaży, dodatkowo upgrade do wyższego standardu. Wszystko bez zarzutu i jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to biuro, które bardzo ciężko znaleźć aby się zameldować- należy dokładnie wyjaśnić klientom jak trafić do Office.

It’s a great location just one block from ocean drive; everything is there, Really clean apartment, nice decoration and very equipped, I fully recomend it. We had a lot of fun and definitely we would come back. We love it.
