mediocre
Avevo prenotato per 2 adulti e due bambini, mi hanno dato una camera con un solo letto matrimoniale. Secondo loro era queen size, in realtà era un normalissimo letto matrimoniale. La colazione è misera, tost con marmellata e un tipo unico di pastina confezionata. Il wi-fi non era disponibile in tutti i punti della camera.

Si....può..... fare!
Motel in ristrutturazione in estrema economia, ma non certo rispondente alle valutazioni negative precedenti! Pernottamento per 2 notti a febbraio. Pregi: silenzioso, biancheria pulita, stanza spaziosa, colazione continentale inclusa e soprattutto niente moquette a terra. Difetti: dettagli del precedente arredo o mancanti, non certo una sala operatoria, ma accettabile. Il prezzo, anche quando saranno terminati i lavori, un po'elevato, ma resta tra i più economici di Florida City. Ottima posizione come trampolino per le Keys e per l'autodromo.

The staff were not helpful and our room was not cleaned during our stay. We had to bring dirty towels to the office to trade them out. We asked about getting our garbage taken out and they said we could bring it to the office. The smoke detector had been removed from our room. The bathroom fan did not work. There was mold around the shower. Towel bars are loose. We also had to ask for more toilet paper. Very unhappy with our stay.

Filthy hotel. Holes in walls and mold. Hair and stains on beds and people coming and going from next door and hanging in parking lot all hours of the night. We left in the middle of the night because we felt too uncomfortable and unsafe.

WE WERE THERE FOR 3-DAYS AND ASKED TO HAVE THE SMALL WASTE BASKET EMTIED SAID WOULD AND NEVER DID I HAD TO EMTY MYSELF THE MAID NEVER MADE IT TO OUR ROOM AS THEY SAID WOULD AND THE TOWELS WE HAD TO GET FROM MANAGEMENT OURSELF! THE FRONT DOOR WAS NOT TIGHT HAD A I INCH SPACE AND CARD READER TO GET IN WAS NOT WORKING IVE STAYED IN A LOT OF MOTELS AND THIS BY FAR IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! TERRIBLE IS NOT THE WORD FOR IT.STAY AWAY IM NOT EXAGERATING ALSO I THINK THERES BEDBUGS AS I FOUND SOME WHEN I GOT UP TO GO TO BATHROOM AT NIGHT!!!

Apparently, this place is under new management. they say they serve breakfast no breakfast to be seen. I have photos of the room no curtains AC working very badly. No water they have excuses for everything. Oh no TV and they still charge you full price once they tell you that no we’re gonna charge you less but they still charge me price and deposit was supposed to be returned and never did so I’m extremely unhappy with this place

Séjour de 3 nuits en couple. J’ai choisi cet emplacement car il y avait un avis positif récent sur cet hôtel et le prix était avantageux. C’est vraiment bien positionné mais la prochaine fois ce sera dans un autre hôtel (tout aussi bien positionné). C’est un endroit que j’ai détesté du début à la fin. Le nettoyage est très sommaire avec un détergent qui sent le romarin (sûrement utiliser dans les hôpitaux). Ça sent très fort, mais le nettoyage est mal fait. J’ai nettoyé la chambre avec des linguettes nettoyantes que j’avais apporter. J’ai trouver des boules de cheveux. Les photos que l’hôtel utilisent sont trompeuses. Ce n’est pas propre et ce n’est pas agréable. En arrivant au Front Desk vous aller remarquer la liste des coûts si vous perdez/brisez ou volez quelques choses… ça en dit déjà long sur l’hôtel. Les pôles de serviettes sont mal fixés au mur, les serviettes dépareillées, lits très mous, plafond taché de la salle de bain. Séchoir à cheveux noirci, taché. L’épaisseur de la porte de notre chambre se dédoublait et devenait de plus en plus difficile de l’ouvrir à chaque jour. Nous n’avons pas utiliser la piscine. L’environnement autour est sale et joncher de débris. Service très ordinaire au Front Desk aussi. À éviter.

The price was right on this property. For being close to Rte. 1, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were quite rude, though. The room keys would quit working every night. The smoke detector had been removed from the room. There was a hole in the bathroom wall behind the toilet despite the room being recently remodeled. The bathroom smelled like mold. On the mirror was a complete list of charges for a laundry list of items you could be charged for, including $900 for a stuffed toilet. We did have hot water and a working refrigerator and TV though. The pool water looked clear, but there was mildew on the hand rails and sides of the pool. There was also trash around the pool. Be sure to ask them to check the room before you check out, so they don't charge you for anything afterwards.

DO NOT BOOK THIS SO CALLED "Motel"
Internet was intermittent at best. I complained both nights. It kept dropping out. When it did connect hit was so slow most of my connections would not open. It worked fine in reception but because they probably had a cheap low level router the signal was not strong en ought to reach the rooms. Useless. I requested a desk to work on. NO furniture except a sofa. I was promised a desk and a chair. Neither was supplied. There was not even a toilet roll holder in the bathroom. Just 4 holes in the wall. Nothing was done. This place needs closing down. It's a joke. A bad one. Do not book this "hotel".

Our room looked as if it was undergoing renovation. No lamp shades, mirror in the room had a broken frame, the toilet paper holder broken, no glasses, only 1 hand towel, no hot water - unable to shower, no hand soap, television had no signal, air conditioner cover was falling off and one knob was missing so unable to set a temperature, bathtub was painted on the bottom to hide something??, shower curtain was too short to fit inside of the tub so if a shower had been able to be taken the water would have ended up on the floor, and the toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet, and there were also holes in the walls in varying places.

The rooms need remodeled or atleast get toilet seat that fits toilets didn’t have hot water for showers and tub was extremely dirty in the first room I was sent to the air condition didn’t work and comforters was so nasty then 2 room was only stayed in cause didn’t want to loose my money won’t stay there again it should be condemned for real everything is so dirty

For the cheap rate, you kind of have to make certain concessions but they had our reservation but it still took over 10 minutes for them to print out security deposit waivers and getting the keys. They seemed extremely unorganized, scattered, and slow. The bathrooms smelled of mold horribly, and there was a section of the wall even missing behind the toilet. It seems like they tried to make some improvements but have either stopped caring or the standards are just subpar. The caulking job around the tub looks like it was done by a kindergartner with so many gaps, there is no way it’s keeping any water where it’s not supposed to go.. Hense the heavy mold smell. The mattresses were heavily sunken in the middle. Would not stay here again unless desperate. They sure had a comprehensive list about charges to be incurred for damaged room items with prices on each item. It’s like the single wide trailer home with trash all over the yard, multiple broken down cars, toilets in the yard etc, and these are the properties with “No Trespassing” signs which is hilarious.. don’t worry I don’t want to trespass on your trashy property!

Half the hotel had been remodeled. The other half was in progress. Check on was 4pm(not 3) Door keys would work sometimes. My room was clean and comfy but no hot water until later that night. It will be very nice when work is complete.

I didn't used to read reviews on Google but now I will. After arriving at this location I realized I was taking a chance with my family's safety so I left to find another hotel. Then I read the reviews on Google maps and a person nailed it.

Customer service is important
I booked this trip for a client using my credit card and chose pay at property. I attempted to call ahead to ensure that the client will not have access to my card. I called customer service at hotels.com, they attempted to call and also got no response. The client does not have my card info nor do they have access to my hotels.com account but was unfortunately allowed to bill the hotel stay to my company card causing significant confusion.

The shower was leaking water and there was a piece of wall missing from the bathroom. We asked to be moved from the room and they refused. No water for at least 10 hours.and the office did not notify us... When ithe water was restored it was only the cold water.. Nonhot water at all.
