Check in and out was ok. The room was ok. The shower was AWFUL. We had to take a SCOLDING hot shower, or none at all. The towels feel like sandpaper. The pillows sucked. I also slept horrible due to outside cars.

Gutes Zimmer, kein Zimmerservice für 2 Tage, toller Pool, Frühstück wie fast überall mit Pappteller und Fertigkaffee. Guter nicht so künstlicher Orangensaft. Gute Auswahl an Speisen, am Besten gegen 8 Uhr oder früher frühstücken, da der Sitzplatz begrenzt ist und ab 8.30 Uhr gefühlt alle essen möchten

Nice location as it’s not far from the keys and the Everglades, otherwise nothing to do in the neighbourhood. Room was ok as well, fridge and 2 beds much appreciated. The pool doesn’t seem really clean but the area around the pool is quiet and good. Breakfast: we liked the waffles. But so shocked about all this plastic it’s a SHAME!!! No effort in terms of sustainability at all, how a hotel like yours can give plastic forks knives and spoons? Can’t you just wash real stainless steel cutlery and real cups and glasses? Don’t you think about the environment? On top of that it’s not convenient at all to cut your food with the plastic cutlery. I’m really disappointed to see that in 2024, it wouldn’t happen in Europe. What a selfish behaviour and a bad image you convey. I strongly recommend to change this as you should be ashamed to still serve so much plastic.

We stayed 2 nights. The morning we were leaving we had a poor breakfeast. The selection. was very limited, nobody cared to cater for those things which were out. Poor service

We have stayed here a number of times now. The rooms are good with a great central pool area for relaxing and a dip and the great sounds of all of the birds. Very handy for accessing the Everglades and the Keys. Other than an excellent breakfast facility there is no bar of catering on-site, but there are places around which offer good food.

Everyone was so friendly and professional! Breakfast was awesome. Room was clean. Best place we have stayed so far on our trip! Highly recommend!

Overall a good experience. Room was clean. Shower curtain rod was half broken but functional. Staff was very good. The first night was very noisy as there were some loud cars racing on the street and then chased by the siren wailing cops. I am sure it was a one off incidence. But overall a goof experience.

Facility was clean and well kept, with a generous breakfast board. Staff were polite and accommodating. Several dining options were available within walking distance, although none were high end restaurants. My only complaint is that the very attractive outdoor pool patio area was sometimes overrun with cigarette-smoking guests, which marred the experience of sitting or lounging poolside.

Ok pour une nuit. Bien placé pour visiter les keys dès le réveil. Petit déjeuner sans saveur voire même mauvais avec une des dames qui s'en occupe particulièrement désagréable... Heureusement le reste du personnel était tres bien.

Location close to the Keys is a big plus. Rooms a little outdated. Crazy thing: the lock of the bathroomdoor was on the outside of the door (room 101).

Everything about the place was clean and neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only thing I didn’t care for was how stiff the bed was. Legitimately one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept in.

I go to the keys every year and typically fly in to fort Lauderdale late. Ive stayed here 4 times so i can do the drive in the day light. Its safe, quiet, budget friendly, clean, with a full breakfast. Everything i want for a one night stay

Pool area would be a great place to hang out on a sunny day. Customer service at feont desk was terrible. Lady seemed angry and had no customer service. Not a smile and definitely seemed as if she didnt want to be there.

This was a great stay. Would totally stay again. Although a bit older property with doors opening to the exterior instead of to an indoor corridor, it was very well maintained, clean, great staff, good breakfast with lots of options. Price was great. Location was perfect close to the Everglades and Key Biscayne national parks. And pretty much the last stop before you hit the keys. Perfect
