“The location was great and close to shopping. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and hotel restaurant and staff were wonderful. The only draw back was a small pool but if you don’t plan on swimming then this is the place to stay. ”

“Homewood Suites is a nice place to stay. Staff is very friendly. Close to Mall of America, restaurants, and the Minneapolis airport. The suite we stayed in was updated, clean, and quiet. There is plenty of parking. We will be going back to Homewood Suites, Bloomington Mn within the next 2 months. I definitely would recommend staying there.”

“Originally booked a queen size room with a request of 2 cribs. Upon checking in, I decided to request a king size bed and I was told by the receptionist that there’s no king size bed available. Then my friend is checking-in after me, and he asked her if she wants a king size bed. My friend and I ended up just switching keycards. Then I made a request to move the cribs to king size room. Receptionist said yes, and I even saw him wrote down the request. IT DID NOT HAPPEN. Doors are loud when...

“Kind of fun to watch planes take off and go overhead. Clean and convenient. ”

“The staff was very kind, sweet and very helpful. It is like 3 mins (drive) to the Mall of America. They also have a shuttle which was very convenient. Breakfast was good and they had a few options that you could have. ”

“Beds were very comfortable and staff was great! Pool needs to be heated tho and jets in the whirlpool do not work so it’s basically like sitting in a bath. Parking is not ideal and you have to pay for it! Despite it being their own ramp. Also weird that it’s apartments as well.”
