Communication was quick but always needed a prompt. We were not given check-in protocol until I asked for it the day of check-in.
The house is listed as sleeping 14 but only has beds for 11. We made it work with our group because of all of the couches, but we were expecting beds per the listing.
There were only 10 dinner plates and a few mugs, not enough for our whole group. We supplemented with paper plates, and there was enough silverware so we were able to make that work as well.
There were long dark hairs all throughout the house, which I get because I also have long dark hair that is everywhere but I paid a cleaning fee.
Parking was great, the whole garage was open and the driveway fits 6 cars, and plenty of street parking. The neighborhood was quiet and it was easy to find.
The park down the street from the house had murky water and wasn't a great vibe, but the state park across the bridge was great!
Overall it worked for our reunion, and there were a few details that could have been tweaked to make our stay stellar.
