I would like to thank you very much for your comments and criticisms made, You take us into account and we thank you with all our heart for your openness, respect and desire to improve. Definitely the access road is not the best, it is not asphalted and it really represents a nuisance to have to access slowly through the broken territory. We are in plans to pave some stretches although the road is public as long as our guests have a better way to arrive and more pleasant. Local authorities have not heard our endless prayers, suggestions and requests to make up the access. The sign that you mention really means that there are two accesses to the hotel and we will proceed to be more explicit, so that this does not leave any doubt about the way forward. We can more labels with images to improve on this. In Tierra Blanca 100% of the energy we consume is generated by a photovoltaic solar system, this leads us to save on the resources we spend, be it lighting, water pumping, entertainment, etc., due to this the pressurization pump of the Hotel is turned on at set times so that our customers make use of the showers with sufficient water pressure. We regret that you have not enjoyed your stay any more, some issues are out of our hands but we will do everything possible
