Checkin was quick and easy, staff were super nice and helpful!! Lots of parking and good dining close by. The room was very very clean, definitely recommend this hotel.

Both mattresses were very lumpy and difficult to sleep on. The breakfast was the same every day and not very good. Especially the pancakes. The view out our hotel window was awful. There was a mobile home park and many trashy-looking homes. Garbage all over. Very unsightly.I did not like the location. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful.

Next time you stay, please request a room on the front side of the building for a much prettier window view. If the beds are an issue, we can place you in a newer bed. Perfect!
Wonderful, professional, and friendly staff! Every staff member we met was so friendly and helpful. Bathroom could use some repair in the shower but its only a cosmetic issue.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The fitness room has a sauna, which was a bonus because we were there for baseball at the University. The breakfast is as good as a restaurant and runs late into the morning.

The hotel was convenient to local shopping and restaurants, with Murray State just down the road. The hotel had comfortable rooms and beds. Breakfast was good as well.

The hospitality at this location is amazing! Nikki, Sharon and Carrue with housekeeping, hands down make your stay extra special, a great crew that takes pride in the hotel and caring for people. Exceptionally clean, close to food options and shopping. Great location, great staff!!

Even with renovations going on the crew was very respectful of disturbing. keeping the noise to a minimum. the front desk staff was extremely helpful. Tom offered to help when my laptop could not find your WI-FI he reconfigured it and I could use it. Thank you to all your staff for a very comfortable stay.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean. Always had coffee and hot chocolate available. The indoor pool and sauna were excellent. We came for a pony pull at Murray State and we will definitely be back next year!! Thank you for a most wonderful stay.
