Spacious, contemporary, centrally located Naples house!
Our family of 5 vacationed in Naples for the first time, during spring break. The house was fantastic! Lots of space, clean, contemporary. We loved the heated pool. I enjoyed lounging on the loveseat in the lanai. Plenty of kitchenware. Brand new king mattress for the master bedroom was very comfortable. Liked the central A/C. Appreciated the beach chairs. Location was ~3-mile drive to Laudermilk Beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Neighborhood is older, with some homes showing wear, others updated, and a few (like this one) probably re-built / newer. It was quiet and felt safe. David was great with communication. Although any Naples vacation stay, especially during spring break, is not going to be cheap, we found this house to be a tremendous value. We would gladly return in the future!

Just ok
The area had no side walks to walk on with a lot of traffic. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, wouldn’t walk around at night. The king size bed had no boxsprings so it was barely off the ground and so uncomfortable. This could ruin your vacation. We took the mattresses off the two twins and put it on the king bed. Doing this made it more comfortable. We had two adults staying with us and the full size bed did not fit them. They ended up sleeping separately in each bedroom. Hardly any amenities. Three pods for the dish washer, 3 pods for the washer. One set of towels for each person, one dish towel, no pool towels, no placemats or table cloth and no hangers. We ended up buying these items. The kitchen cabinets were peeling, the dishwasher was loaded but not cleaned. What pots and pans were badly stained, so bad we didn’t use them, bought what we needed. No ice maker and no disposal. On the plus side the house was close to shops, restraurants, and the beach. Most around a 15-20 min. drive. The house itself was nice enough but for the price should have had more amenities. All in all would not stay there again. I read the review and didn’t see any negatives but we were very disappointed.

This is naples for one great area never had any complaints whatsoever. This is a rental and there are two towels in each bathroom which has 3 baths . Everything is set up to make a smooth transition and never had any complaints . I've stayed in many rentals and we always hit the store to stock up refrigerator and other house hold products. Never heard of full size beds being two small for two people so have no idea what that is all about . It's tough when I really work hard and great cleaning crew and house is always spot on .first bad review in 3 years but some people u just can't please . I stand by all my reviews kind of disheartening to have someone stay at your home and write what they did .

Perfect home away from home
This property was easy to find in a good location on a quiet corner lot. The house was a good size and it accommodated all 7 of us well. The pool was great. The owner was very responsive to messages and very accommodating. This is our 3rd trip to Naples and this is our favorite location so far. Will definitely book again if available.

We had a really nice stay. The house was as described, it was very clean and the pool was great! Location is ideal. Property could use a few more kitchen utensils but otherwise it was great. Communication with manager was great!

Perfect for our family of 7!
We loved the house, plenty of space for 7 adults. 2 of the beds were smaller than expected. Couch was super comfy and fit us all for a movie night. We also had a nice surprise of a pool we didn't know was there.

Would go there again.
Overall a great host and place. Exactly as pictured, but too far if planning to walk to the beach. Only inconvenience, was hot at night, a setting on the conditioner would automatically go up to 78 F at 11 PM and would stay there until 6 am, I did let the manager know, he gave me some instructions, however was not useful, i was manually adjusting it at 11 PM and the T would stay there untill 6 am. So it worked for me.

Super clean and accommodating
This property was beautiful and very clean. Convenient to shopping centers and roughly 15 min to the beach. The only issue was the AC was locked and set to 74 and that was very uncomfortable to the guests staying in the back bedrooms and the master . It was incredibly hot in those rooms without the option to turn the air down . Other then that the home was perfect. I would definitely stay again

Great location great stay
We had the best week at this property in Naples. Very close to a great beach access, groceries, shopping, restaurants and golf. The owner was beyond accommodating before and during our stay. We’ll be renting and staying here next time we come to town!

We rent in Naples specifically in neighborhoods near this home every year. House was super clean, easy check in, neighborhood quiet, great location for us as my mother in law lives 5 minutes away.

Comfortable and clean
Nice home that was located in a convenient spot for us. Enjoyed the screened lanai every morning. Master bedroom is a mattress on a platform so very firm. No frills but a nice place to stay.

Super Convenient Location
This home is perfectly located. It’s not far to Naples, any shopping you need is 3 minutes away and the beach is no much farther. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Great home. Easy process
Everything was arranged easily before the visit. The house was beautiful and close to everything that made it even easier to shop and find entertainment. Checkout was smooth as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Very very clean
This was our first VRBO and I was skeptical at first without any reviews. As a professional self employed house cleaner my expectations are high. Let me tell you….this house was immaculate! So clean that the patio door was hard to tell if it was closed or open and my daughters boyfriend found that out the hard way. Ha! Everything was easy to get to and close. The house has a nice homely feel. Even a grill to use. The only thing missing in the kitchen was measuring cups, measuring spoons, hot pad holders, drying towel and a pizza cutter if you plan on cooking. There’s beach chairs that are very comfortable and sturdy. All in all 10/10 and I’d definitely come back.
