The Hotel was easy to access and the property was nice upon late evening arrival. My husband and I really enjoyed the bar and the live music in the lobby area. My issue was with the cleanliness of my room. The bed cover blanket and and sheets had red blood stains on both beds as well as the pillow case having black particles on them. i requested new bedding and they did bring new bedding but at $400 a night I didnt appreciate having to change all the bedding on 2 beds myself at 10pm with a sleepy 2 yr old. In the morning time around 930 the breakfast seemed pretty good until I noticed the sauage that was labeled as Turkey was actually Pork. When i asked the hostess she said they forgot to change the signs from yesterday meaning everyone that morning could have been affected and not even know. My husband doesnt eat pork due to help issues and other guest i was sitting with who dont eat pork had already eaten the sausage. Overall I would give the hotel at 2 Star.

Several lights were out, one didn't even have a bulb in it. The lobby smelled bad! The property was conveniently located and the room was clean.

Great location and easy walk to Broadway and many other attractions. Close to restaurants and even a Dollar General store for those last minute items you forgot to pack. Excellent breakfast included daily. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and hotel were very clean. We cannot wait to return.

This hotel was so close to everything but far enough away to not be in middle of it.. Breakfast was awesome.. Staff was the nicest of any place we stayed…We will be back

The property was nice and convenient to the dowtown area. Very walkable. Service and peopke were very accommodating and nice. Would stay here again.

We liked that most everything was walkable and transportation was easy with Uber. This was a great experience visiting Nashville and this hotel was part of it.

The staff was amazing, the food could not be better and everything was super clean. The road construction made it a little bit hard to get in and out of the parking garage, which is no fault of the hotel at all. Overall, we had a fantastic experience.

Great Location and hotel was good. Only complaint is the shower was hard to adjust and was like a power washer and shower doors didn’t stay closed.

We were disappointed with the stay because they didn't clean the room, coffee pot wasn't working, toilet paper was not replaced on one side after we finished the roll. No soap till 3rd night. The second night we called the desk around 10:30 pm to let them know that they didn't clean the room and bed wasn't made, coffee pot need to be replaced and no clean towels. We had to use cell phone to let them know because the room phone wasn't working. They bought up a brand-new coffee pot and more towels by around 11:00pm. One of the women that work the desk wasn't very friendly when we told her about it. I have stayed in Hyatt before and never had this situation like this. This is not a way to start when we were celebrating my 65th birthday.

The room was fantastic and had a great view. It was clean, comfortable, modern and convenient. My only negative was the front staff. There was at least one who did not seem friendly and welcoming. Just seemed to want you to go away. But all and all this property was outstanding and we will stay again.

Good value for price. Only negatives were the construction outside with jackhammers starting at 8am on the dot, but understand it’s out of their control. Also maid service was one room past when we went out for the day and did t take the extra step to come back and clean just left some towels and toilet paper at the door. Being in customer service myself this rubbed me the wrong way just a bit.

The hotel and staff where great, the matresses are uncomfortably and for the little bit we watch tv the contrllers are awful it kept loosing signal and not controlling the tv. Even after we received a second controller.
