Ryan I spoke with your mother your entire family packed the refrigerator so full it needed time to cool down and unfortunately the previous guests used all of the ice but ice is readily available at any store or gas station which there are two within walking distance.

I’m very sorry you weren’t 100% satisfied. 99% of our guests that have a boat and launch it do not sit where they launch, the whole point of the river is to explore other beaches and enjoy the water sports. The entire California side is rocky and unavoidable, we do recommend water shoes for small children. The launch ramp is almost 94’ of new concrete, getting stuck may have been drivers error ;) The neighbors are finalizing they’re very beautiful newly constructed home which is in the final stages and rarely do you see the workers outside. Luckily we do not charge $600 a night we feel it’s a bargain at the $450 price point which accommodates multiple families and sleeps 10.

Thank you Cassandra for the feedback. The construction was a garage being built on a neighboring property which has now been completed. The beach is located 450 ft from the front door as described in the listing description and can easily be accessed with a vehicle of any kind with ample parking if walking 450 ft is not an option or difficult for any reason. The property between the house and beach is currently in the design phase of the development process which we are very excited to be able to continue developing and provide more amenities to our guests and improve along the way. Our property will be strategically developed around our rental seasons.
