Dear Ewan We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay in our apartment and we are very sorry for the inconvenience for with the Dishwasher and the Awning, during the covid situation it has been very challanging to find spare parts and repair men. We are glad that we found a good way to compensate you for this as well. There is now a new Dishwasher installed and the special motor to the awning has now finally arrived and has been replaced and everything works now again as it should. Regarding renovation work in bathrooms from the neighbour apartment. It is allowed to make this during low season in the complex. Our neighbour are now aware of that he needs to inform us first in advance before he starts to make noise, but this will probably not happen on a long time since he is all finished now.
