Pertaining to the parking issue, the hotel owns the entire parking lot, even where the restaurant and other stores are located so you can park in any area. The back of the hotel area is well lit and easily accessible with your key card. The key cards your are issued at check in open your room and also open all the glass doors coming into the hotel that are on the side or back of the hotel which automatically lock when closed. I am sorry you felt uncomfortable with the surroundings for parking and that you were not informed of the situation in better detail.
