Motel accanto all aereoporto. Abbastanza sporco. AC molto rumorosa, colazione triste. Unica nota positiva, davanti all’aeroporto. Però non è l’unico, sicuramente da evitare

This hotel had been CLOSED FOR WEEKS since Hurricane IDA, but Expedia booked me into it!!! How could this happen? Expedia needs to PAY ME for the stress and agita I went through to book MYSELF a hotel for those days.

Last time I book a Days Inn Wyndham Hotel
I booked this hotel without reading the reviews because our flight like many that day was cancelled due to weather. I grabbed the first hotel offered so I didn’t have to spend the night on an airport floor. Having the free shuttle was nice. Breakfast not available due to Covid. First room they gave us everything it it was rusted, dirty, missing pillow cases, no towels, lamp shades, bed spread, carpet all dirty. I went back to front desk and they moved me to a different room. Still missing towels and an ice bucket. Not all the plugs worked. But the TV and WiFi worked. This hotel needs a complete renovation and should not be offered as a listing at this point. Plus doors on an exterior entrance, thin doors and walls so you could hear the train, planes and automobiles very clearly. They did have hand sanitizer in the room and sanitizing wipes. It looked like we were expected to wipe it all down ourselves. Which I did.

Bed Bugs
They had bed bugs in every room on the top floor. I found some in my bed and asked for a refund. They showed me all of the other available rooms, minus a couple that were listed as available because they hadn’t been cleaned. I could have overlooked the floors not being vacuumed if the rooms themselves weren’t infested with bed bugs :-( very disappointing for Wyndham. They also told me I would have to wait for Monday for a manager to approve a refund for me, but it’s Monday and I still haven’t heard back. I’m assuming I won’t be getting a refund. I did check out with in like, 2 hours of being checked in :-/

There was trash outside the door to the room, there was a dirty towel hanging in the shower, and no toilet paper in the bathroom. Rust on the bar where the hairdryer was. I understand old furnishings, but this was the worst Days Inn I’ve been to.

The address for this hotel takes you to various places not the hotel. It looks nothing like the picture and based on its location DO NOT stay there. You do not want an external room door in NOLA.

Literally the worst hotel experience of my life. Elevator didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work till we had about 8 hours left to check out. Roaches in the hotel room. Air conditioner didn’t work well. Both beds in the room were caved in. Stay away

The place was terrible. The stairways up to the room stunk and were littered with trash. When we got to the room and pulled the shower curtain back it looked like someone took a crap in the shower which housekeeping failed to notice. I used the restroom and when I flushed the toilet it overflowed so I had to cut the water off. They moves us to another room. This room did not have a TV remote, there was an open hole in the sheet rock next to the toilet and there were huge roaches.

Staff was nice and switched our room after they checked us into a room with a broken AC where the hallway smelled like urine. However, several vending machines, the ice machine, and the elevator closest to the office was broken. This made traveling with someone who was disabled very difficult. Also, there were overflowing trash cans everywhere and the overall cleanliness and condition of the property were, in my opinion, filthy. The room was clean but the entire property was not. This hotel will work in a pinch (our flight got delayed) but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it

This had to be the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. It was a NIGHTMARE from the beginning to the very end. Upon arrival at 1 am the room was NASTY!!! MOLD EVERYWHERE!!! The AC was not working. Went downstairs to change the room. The reservation agent didn't even get out of her seat. I was given a second room. After packing up everything to go to the second room, the elevator was not working so I was then given a 3rd room which they said was an upgrade. IT WAS THE WORST!!!!!! MOLDY, DIRTY SHEETS, Splattered paint on the refrigerator, no washcloths, no remote control, phone not working!! IT'S A COMPLETE DUMP!!!!

They did not clean our room while there so therefore no fresh sheets or towels. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Morning staff on day of checkout seemed incompetent.

There was mold on the doors, mold on the bedding. Especially the bedskirts. There was a horrible smell in the area where the sink was. I will never be back again. We never got any towels from housekeeping. I will never stay or recommend a Days Inn

They say they offer breakfast but only has cheese Danish and coffee. Room was dirty, had leftovers under the beds, not enough linens, ac doesn't cool, pillows offered were only half a pillow. Terrible.

The room was only halfway clean and the air conditioning didn’t work well at all. The room was very hot and sticky. Couldn’t sleep at all because it was so hot in the room

The bed linens were filthy! The TV didn't work! There was a high hairball on the bathroom floor. They failed to mention the Ihop had been closed since Covid 2020! Would never have booked my family there before going back home! What an embarrassment!

Wrong star rating!!!
The hotel was rated 3-star but wasn’t that high in quality. The carpet was quite aged, and the mattress was worn out as well. The bedsheet was stained as well. When I flipped the switch to turn on the main light in the room, the light flickered and went out. Thankfully each of the other lamps worked. However, the hardware on the lamps were rusted. Additionally, the ceiling was peeling heavily in one spot. The picture of it is attached. I was greatly disappointed in this hotel as I could have selected other hotels in the same vicinity that were rated with less stars that I’m sure would have been of better quality.
